The place is very modern: they offer pay vacuums, they have a vending machine for the essentials, and they have an automatic wash if you do not want to do DIY. All of these mentioned have an option to pay with your phone or via tap or card which is great and I appreciate! Everything was going smoothly until somehow the hose connected to the pressure gun busted on me while I was trying to put the gun down to switch to conditioner. I got immediate soaked and the pressure transferred to the hole which caused me a few uncomfortable cuts, not very deep or big... but nonetheless I had to stop the wash. There was no one there I could notify unfortunately as it was late on a Sunday. Thankfully I had just rinsed the car and it was not covered in soap or foam. When buying some of the vending machine items my phone was accepted once but not the second time so I had to use my physical card. Overall, I feel confident the wash could've been perfect without the hose issue so that is why I took one star off. I look forward to coming again and trying it though.

My car is a 2006 Scion and had only been vacuumed a couple of times since I got it, because I have moved every 2 years for the past 8 years, letting the car slide. They even put on some new pop-on hub caps I had bought for FREE! I highly recommend these guys!

Every time I…read morewent there, they'd have these awful water stains on my chairs; but they always stated that was normal. Anyhow, I decided to find a new place that wouldn't charge me an astronomical amount of money; but also did a really good job. The first time I came, I mentioned the water spots. They took all day to finish the inside of my car and stated that if anything else showed up, to come back and they would take care of it right away. Nothing ever came back, and I was pleasantly pleased with their performance. The last time I came, I stated that my Mom had spilled her drink in the backseat and it was leaving a smell that messed with my allergies. Not only were they able to get that out, they cleaned the rest of my car with no dog hair left and the inside clean. This time there are slight water spots on the sides of my chairs; but it does not mean that they don't do a great job. The inside was so dirty that they needed pretty much all day to clean it thoroughly. All in all, I am very very well pleased; and I will always be coming back time and time again.

When so many large companies out there don't care about the casual consumer, Paul goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers. Lex Express was very quick to respond to initial inquiry and helped with providing great information from the start. When I had additional questions their responses were quick and helpful. We had ceramic coating done on one vehicle and as it was our only car, they came out and got it and brought it back the next day. When I had additional questions about the maintenance and care (specifically if I could go to a specific car was in Lexington) not only did Paul call the car wash to find out the soap type they used but he came out and did another inspection of the quality of his work. He then told me that I could use that car wash and they would inspect again at the original scheduled date and if there was deterioration they would apply the coating again free of charge! Lex Express is an amazing company and I highly recommend them. It is hard to find quality, reliability, and businesses that have high dedication to their customers, but Paul and Lex Express are a shining example of this.
