We were driving from central Texas to Lexington when daughter #2 was extremely car sick. Her back seat and the floor were drenched in vomit...on a Sunday evening in rural Texas where there was no way to really clean the car. We did what we could with paper towels and lots of febreeze, but when we got to Lexington two days later, the car was quite ripe. I called Lexington Auto Spa and asked if they could detail the interior. At first I was told they didn't have time that day. But, when I asked if there was anything available the next day, they asked me to bring the car in. I did. The detailed took one look/smell and said we needed a complete interior detail to get all the odor out. I readily agreed. Three hours (and a heavy thunderstorm that he worked through) later, the car was clean spotlessly clean, not just of the recent sickness, but of ten years of transporting kids. read more

I was able to get the one seat cleaned, and I was surprised and excited that this also included my mats vacuumed and car exterior washed! They do a decent job when I'm too lazy to wash my car. I wouldn't bring anything with wheels wider than 11" here as they wouldn't fit in the tracks. I opt for the mid grade package and opt to dry the vehicle off myself after the machine instead of them do it with there Brillo Pad nasty shop towels. Marginal results at a price point. Been going to Lexington auto spa since it opened. Always had good service. But today was different. Seemed like everyone was depending on just 3 guys in the back. The others seemed to go inside the tunnel and hang around. Cars were backed up to the street. I must say the 3 guys left to tend the vehicles did the best job possible that time would allow. They were so backed up that the lobby was packed with people eIting for their cars. Hope this isn't the future service one would receive for the amount paid. read more

I paid for the ultimate wash which includes a cup holder wipe. I could tell they didn't even bother to wipe them down because I still had trash in one and all of the others were dirty. They also failed to vacuum my back seats as it still had crumbs. Also don't advertise an air freshener as part of the package and not include it. Lastly, it was apparent that they missed spots on my dash because of the dust in certain spots, the only thing they managed not mess up on is the tires as they looked shiny and clean. read more

We took our car here today for a car wash - a $27 dollar car wash. After we left I noticed water spots all over it as well as one window and mirror that were smeared. So I took it back and ask them to refund my money. The guy working at the desk told me they did not give refunds. What? He offered to wipe the water spots away but that is not what I wanted. I wanted my money back so I could take it elsewhere and get a good car wash. He absolutely refused to do that. So I will not be returning to Lexington Auto Spa ever again. Once, I had the manager inform I had hackberry stains on my hood. While they could not get them out during the wash, he advised how to get them out. I had the work done by a friend and it worked! If I could give less then one star, I would. I inspected my truck before wash. Went through. Then noticed big scratches and paint chipped off my 2015 Toyota Tundra. They said come back when owner is present. When I did, he laughed in my face. Told me his cameras didn't work. This is a pathetic excuse of an accredited business. The owner himself is a complete tool. Thousands of dollars of damage, if you want to be technical. To say the least, I'll never consider taking another vehicle there. read more

I paid for the $33 wash which is supposed to include the interior and exterior (Armor All, vacuum, windows...etc). Well, all of my mats were dirty and dusty and I asked them to do them again. They only did the front two, there was mud on my leather seats and the floor board not only had dusty, muddy mats but french fries and a piece of trash. Seriously? I called on Monday and asked to make an appointment. She told me they had Tuesday and Friday available. I asked how long it would take because I had to drop my car off and did not have a ride and would be walking around the shopping center until it was done. She said 2 to 3 hours. I ended up having to walk around for five hours and 45 minute. I am 51 years old I was very tired and angry by the time I picked up my car and, still stains in the seats. I asked to make an appointment. If they were that busy (knowing I was waiting and did not have a ride to go elsewhere) they should've given me an appointment on a different day. read more

The trunk is still covered in black dirt, the dash is still covered with dust, the inside of the windshield is still streaked for where I wiped off condensation this winter and the rear driver's side window has three spots of tree sap on it. Took my car to Lexington Auto Spa, 10 mins later the manager told me that the driver power seat stopped function. I came out and found out the driver seat was moved to the most forward position and cannot be moved back. Luckily I was able to drive the car with only 6" spaces between the steering column and the seat. I took the car to my mechanic and he told me that someone must have hit the power button longer than it should be. Contacted the manager to responsible for the repair, but he refused.
