We set up a specific date and when I talked to my husband about it, he wanted to see if the dates could be switched because of military requirements. They switched it and accommodated us very nicely. Our SUV seats were shampooed excellent!! I have a dog who sheds a lot. I had done a bit of pre-cleaning before I brought the car in....and I had done such a good job with that that they were able to waive the dog hair fee. Vicky was kind and really worked with my husband and I. I loved that they didn't push to have the outside of my car detailed too. I used to go to Detail Lex to have the inside of my car done that included shampooing. Every time I…read morewent there, they'd have these awful water stains on my chairs; but they always stated that was normal. Anyhow, I decided to find a new place that wouldn't charge me an astronomical amount of money; but also did a really good job. The first time I came, I mentioned the water spots. They took all day to finish the inside of my car and stated that if anything else showed up, to come back and they would take care of it right away. Nothing ever came back, and I was pleasantly pleased with their performance. The last time I came, I stated that my Mom had spilled her drink in the backseat and it was leaving a smell that messed with my allergies. Not only were they able to get that out, they cleaned the rest of my car with no dog hair left and the inside clean. This time there are slight water spots on the sides of my chairs; but it does not mean that they don't do a great job. The inside was so dirty that they needed pretty much all day to clean it thoroughly. All in all, I am very very well pleased; and I will always be coming back time and time again.

When so many large companies out there don't care about the casual consumer, Paul goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers. Lex Express was very quick to respond to initial inquiry and helped with providing great information from the start. When I had additional questions their responses were quick and helpful. We had ceramic coating done on one vehicle and as it was our only car, they came out and got it and brought it back the next day. When I had additional questions about the maintenance and care (specifically if I could go to a specific car was in Lexington) not only did Paul call the car wash to find out the soap type they used but he came out and did another inspection of the quality of his work. He then told me that I could use that car wash and they would inspect again at the original scheduled date and if there was deterioration they would apply the coating again free of charge! Lex Express is an amazing company and I highly recommend them. It is hard to find quality, reliability, and businesses that have high dedication to their customers, but Paul and Lex Express are a shining example of this.

I gave them a call and got an appointment within 14 days. Not only did they do a GREAT JOB, they also did a couple of things that they didn't have to do. For Example: Told me about a headlight that was making noise when on "high beam", (Dealer Problem) My wheels were not "Torqued" to specifications, as a matter of fact, they were 90 pounds off. Anyway, I was extremely pleased how the car looked when I picked it up. These guys are customer orientated, and the job they do, you will never use another body shop for repairs, ever again.
