I called and set up an appointment, and they scheduled me for a week from that day which was fine but I told them if they had a cancellation before then to call me because I'm flexible. They called me back not even two minutes after we hung up and said they had someone cancel for that day and asked if I could come in now which was perfect. Just had the front windows done on my Buick Enclave. Could not have been more satisfied. I made my appointment a couple of weeks in advance since I was traveling. I got to my appointment very early, about 45 minutes. The owner checked me in and said they could get to work immediately. He told me it would take about 45 minutes or so. He then explained to me the options. They have basic to premium choices and not a huge difference in price. I went with the premium but I did not feel pressured into it at all. He was indifferent to what I chose. It was raining so I decided to sit and wait. They finished my car and I was out the door before my original appointment time. Customer service was outstanding and I highly recommend taking your vehicle here to get your windows tinted. After carefully researching Precision Tinting, I was pleasantly surprised with the service that I received from the company. I checked their score on the BBB website and then I even checked with other competitors before coming to a decision. After e-mailing Sean (owner) I felt comfortable to leave my vehicle in his hands and to let him perform his work. After having to wait a short amount of time (about an hour) I was very please with his work and spoke with him on the matter. It seems that he really enjoys what he does and wants to please his customers, therefore I must recommend him to anyone that is looking for a professional window tinter in the Lexington area (Although I drove from another city to visit him).
