Before I could complete that process a gentleman was taking the car back. I picked the vehicle up later and they did a fantastic job. Just a few bubbles that's to be expected. The car looked amazing and we're happy so far. I looked for recent reviews of places and there weren't many from most businesses. So I decided to write one, hope this helps. I contacted Dmitriy and he sent me an email with a proposal detailing his tinting services, film options, and pricing tiers. I asked him many questions and he was always very informative and responsive in answering those questions. I chose the i3, a 3 layer nano ceramic film which offered all of the percentages and protection I was looking for all in one line. Upon arriving to pick up the vehicle, I carefully inspected his work. All I can say is that Dmitriy is an absolute perfectionist and a dedicated craftsman. His meticulous attention to detail is second to none and above reproach. While no tint job is 100% flawless, his work on my vehicle came as close as humanly possible to looking like a factory finish. We set up a specific date and when I talked to my husband about it, he wanted to see if the dates could be switched because of military requirements. They switched it and accommodated us very nicely. Our SUV seats were shampooed excellent!! I have a dog who sheds a lot. I had done a bit of pre-cleaning before I brought the car in....and I had done such a good job with that that they were able to waive the dog hair fee. Did my tint a couple of times on differernt cars. One, I had to take back but they fixed it. The…read moreother had messed up in the corner window, but I sold the car as-is and never took back. That sort of thing can happen, but the only real problem I had was when Dustin did my audio system. I went to him because a friend of mine said, "Nobody does my audio but Dustin." (I noticed later he actually later went to Autosound in Lexington, and they did a great job in his new truck.) It would havef sounded okay, except my Cadillac had noise cancellation technology, so as soon as I stepped into the Caddy and drove off, every time I hit the gas and the engine got louder, the subwoofer went WILD. I immediately circled back around and told Dustin. We talked and it seemed to confuse him. I dropped it back off later and he couldn't fix it. The conversation took the inevitable, "Brian, I don't know what to tell you!" and that was that. I took it to Autosound and they didn't want to work on it. Said they do these cars with noise cancellation all the time, but they "don't like to work on other people's mistakes." I just disconnected it and did without. This was about as unsatisfactory result as I could ever have imagined. Paid my money, installed the equipment, system was still unusable, Dustin could not fix, did not offer refund, just an "I don't know what to tell you."
