So we walked over to McD's for a snack. When we returned, it was done! Less than 45 minutes, as it was a simple installation on a 22 year old truck. The first incident with the house window was in the dead of winter, and they were kind enough to come out and give an estimate the same day, and had the window replaced within 2 days. This was highly appreciated given that I otherwise would have been stuck with plywood covering for lord knows how long during a cold february! The most recent vandalism incident resulted in the shattered garage window in addition to a shattered car windshield. Thankfully, glass doctors does both automotive and home glass repair, and they were my immediate second call after phoning police. This experience with glass doctors was no less exceptional. Wendy went above and beyond to help, setting up a three way call with my insurance company to make the windshield claim. Phil came to my home the very next day to replace the car windshield as it was not safe to drive. They had the garage window replaced within days as well. The quality of the workmanship is phenomenal. The owner Phil and all of the technicians i have interacted with from this location have been excellent. While the circumstances surrounding my need for this company's services have been less than ideal, I couldn't be happier with them. I knew I'd need to have it fixed prior to getting back on the road so I checked around with several different companies who gave me a quote that seemed pretty high. Later on, I happened to stumble across this company listing and called after business hours to leave a message. To my surprise, they answered the phone and were more than willing to talk with me. I gave them my predicament and was told they would give me a call back shortly. After about 30 minutes I received a call back with the quote which was about $100 less than the other 2 companies so we scheduled an appointment for the following day. The owner, Tobin, informed us that they were new to the area but had been doing glass repair for years, arrived to the house 10 minutes early and was super polite and respectful.
