My wife hates Brad because of a dispute they had on the phone. They're not very good at communicating, but Bill is a nice guy. Took a month to finally fix the things listed in the "we owe" contract. Overwhelmed with buyer's remorse, and feel pretty ripped off. I paid almost a grand over what the truck is worth in great condition. Would have rather just gambled on buying something off Craig's list or facebook marketplace. Just an all around bad buying experience.

The dealer also quoted $500 less for the warranty on the Subaru over the phone and refused to honor the original quote from earlier the same day. Additionally, their vehicle was priced $3,100 over kbb excellent retail price and also refused to adjust price not even by one single penny. Instead, they just kept telling us they were only making $1500 profit and couldn't sell for less. Would not recommend this dealership. Full of smiling faces, but their tactics are shameful.

Like a Buy Here Pay Here lot Quality…read more I bought a Jetta TDI from them & within one day I had an EGR code for the emission come on.... now I bought this car when they said it came straight from the factory for its modification, so they "did all necessary services so she's brand new". Day two off the lot, EGR starts to go: mileage drops & heat stops working. Tell me it's unrelated & I might get charged a diagnostic fee because of it.... I tell them this is fine, I know it's emissions related & part of the warranty, but they tell me to diagnose this it'll take 3-5 hours! That being said, under the warranty I'm entitled to a loaner & they tell me no! So I call them out on them & they magically say oh, never mind, we can get you a loaner, but this will only take an hour to diagnose it & we don't give out loaners for hour service jobs.... They lied to me out of the gate, delayed my service (by two weeks) because they didn't have time for a 5 hour diagnose, then had the nerve to ask me after why I waited so long if I was having these issues... If you buy from this dealership check every feature of your car before you drive off the lot, basic heat, power outlet, wiper etc. I wouldn't trust these people to own the issue afterwards, get you in for timely service or give you the warranties owed to you by VW unless you call them out on it!
