What would have probably cost me thousands of dollars for my repair at the dealership, Car Masters stepped to the plate to get my 2020 Malibu RS up and running in record time for what the job entailed. and they solved it and fixed it for a fraction of what it could have been. this is why they have 5 stars. I know it was tedious and many hands were involved. My only complaint would be that the technicians took better of my interior... please respect and protect the seats and floors especially in inclement weather. Tried them for the first time today after reading other Yelp reviews. Very nice people. Got me in right away. Checked over the car thoroughly to try to discover what was causing a noise. Very open and honest and didn't try to charge for something that wasn't needed. They also noticed I was past due for an oil change and asked if I wanted it done now or not. The price for that was very fair, as well as the quotes given for repairs. I took it back in for some work and they were great, fair price and great work. I took my truck to Car Masters at the recommendation of the AAA dispatcher that I spoke to after my fuel pump quit. They were helpful in quickly diagnosing the issue and identifying a maintenance plan for the future. The staff was friendly. I was quoted $650 for parts, labor and taxes. I would do business with them again. Just keep in mind the following: They really don't have a waiting area. I'll be choosing Car Masters again for my auto repairs after they did a very satisfactory job on my 2000 Toyota Tacoma. I went in with an idea about what the problem was and their diagnosis was consistent with that while providing more details that made perfect sense to a non-expert like me. They gave me a reasonable estimate for the repair including the parts that were needed and then they stuck to that estimate without trying to up-sell me on other stuff that my truck "needed". Unbelievable service - first timeI ever took my Jeep there. I read reviews and I was looking for a honest garage. I had several years on it and requested for my brake pads to be replaced. After a few hours they called me back and said that they felt the pads were fine based on measurements and needed vehicle a little longer so that they could put tires back on and take it for a test drive. Two hrs later they called me back and said my car was ready. They explained to me the condition of my pads and that they would be glad to help if I could stop by when I observed the problem.
