Trustworthy and knowledgable. As a woman, it is hard to find a mechanic you trust to be honest and affordable and Rob is definitely both.

So this is our first time here and let me say that they are very responsive with your questions…read more There is a nice lobby that you can sit in to wait for your car. As I look around I see a Coffee Station, (that's a plus in my book), a Water Station, good music is playing on the with Pandora I think, not sure if they have Free WiFi but the place is very clean. Would I recommend? Well of course I would. They have been so far. AND for an oil change at $49.99 you can't beat that.

I thought this shop did good work; I've actually had work done by them in the past- however after…read moremy most recent visit I can no longer recommend them. For context, I attempted to do an oil change on a vehicle that had the oil change performed by them several times prior. They had tighten the drain plug so tight that I was unable to get it off myself (which is completely unnecessary , a drain plug only needs to be a little more than hand tight)- in my struggling I did round the drain plug slightly; something that should not have caused them to go to the measures they did in the photos.. I took the vehicle to them, informed them that they'd done the oil changes prior and made the bolt way too tight- they said "sure we will loosen so you can get the oil changes done yourself." Sweet I thought! Boy was I wrong. 30 minutes after taking the vehicle back, they come and advise me "the drain plug was slightly rounded so it shouldn't be too long".... An hour later they come out to me and advised me "it was completely rounded but we got it off, just hammer a 9/16 socket onto it to remove it" NO MENTION OF THE DAMAGE THEY DID TO THE OIL PAN & THE DRAIN PLUG. I crawled under the vehicle when I got home & to my surprise I found that they not only destroyed the drain plug but they also dented the oil pan. Stay far away from this place.

This was one of the most disappointing service experiences I have had with an auto repair shop. I…read morewas quoted 45 minutes for a mount and balance of four tires, yet the job took over three hours. No one communicated the delay or offered an apology, which completely disrupted my schedule. To make matters worse, one tire was installed incorrectly and had to be remounted and rebalanced. For a company handling something as critical as tire installation, that kind of mistake is unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of attention to detail. I was also quoted $99 for TPMS, but the final charge for the TPMS alone was $229. The man who appeared to be the manager repeatedly mentioned honesty and transparency, but the pricing and communication I experienced were anything but. A truly honest quote includes all labor, fees, and additional costs upfront, not surprises after the fact. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the manager was dismissive and uninterested in addressing the problem. That response made it clear that customer service and accountability are not priorities at this location. Meineke advertises honesty, transparency, and customer satisfaction as core values, yet none of these were evident during my visit. I am requesting that a regional or corporate manager review the conduct and practices at this location and contact me regarding corrective action.
