Quoted me a price to put on 4 tires and tpms sensors. It was $100 more when went to pick it up. They said the quote on sensors was for each, but had that been the case it would have been over 200 more than quote. The guy never could explain how they came up with the number they charged. Ended up being $50 more after I got irate. I'll never use this place again! read more

Thought I would share a great interaction with guys at Katie's tire and auto. I walked in with a tractor tire with a piece of wood in the sidewall and I ran it off the rim and the valve stem fell inside. The owner knew tire rules wouldn't let him plug the tire so he brought it in the shop and put a new valve stem and sealed it back on the rim so I could plug it at home. When I tried to pay he said you don't owe me anything just come back. I said you put your valve stem in it and took your time to fix it let me pay you something and he once again said just come back and see me when you need something else done. This is the way the world used to work. You treated people right and they remembered it. I was so impressed by this I wanted to share my experience. I wish other businesses acted like this. If a guy is going to help you when you need help and not even charge for his time it's a business you can trust. I will absolutely be back. Dropped my car off for a 9 am appointment for an alignment didn't get it back until 11. within that time period I saw my car drive down the bypass twice (why? An alignment doesn't need a test drive). When I went to leave I got in it and it smelled like cigarette smoke and had 30 minutes of run time and 15 miles more on it than it did when I dropped it off. They also didn't provide me with an alignment sheet and my steering wheel was still crooked so I don't even think they did an alignment I think they just drove it around and charged me $85. They also told me I had a bad wheel bearing and said it sounded like a bunch of BB's rolling around so I went home and jacked it up and checked all 4 wheel bearings to find none of them making noise or having any play in them read more

They were plenty busy when I showed up, but took me without an appointment, no problem. They said about an hour to get to my leaky tire and rotate & it was done in just about that much time. Very fresh staff and only $20 to complete the rotation and patch the nail hole in the tire. I will come back when I need more work done and see if the service is the same, but I was satisfied with this visit. read more

Do not go here!! I went for an oil change and asked them to look at the heat issue in my car. Tony called me told me the total and I said thank you let me talk to my dad about it. He then said "Okay let me know and then I can get the part ordered." I go the next day to get my car from the oil change, talk to Tony about the car issue and he tells me they've already done it. And now I have to pay for it. They fixed my car with out my permission and trapped me into paying. Then when I got into my car, I noticed my car had been rummaged around and things had been moved and STOLEN from my car!!! My camera and everything! When I called them about it they told me they don't have cameras yet there is a sign that says cameras a watching. When I mentioned that they said, the cameras in the back are broken. They are covering for them selfs. They won't take responsibility. This place is a joke because the heat situation is STILL broken. DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more
