On Wednesday, I made an appointment online for Friday morning. About five minutes after, someone from the store called me to confirm. We talked about which tires I wanted and the person said they would get them ordered and everything was set for this morning (Friday, July 3). I needed the appointment to be today because it's the only day I had to get tires. When I got to the store, the person at the counter could not find any record of my appointment and the tires had not been ordered. My tires are an odd size and they are not kept in stock. To his credit, the attendant checked everything he could to find my appointment. The best he could offer was to have them on Monday. Were I off work, that would have been fine, but today was my free day. That's why I scheduled the appointment for today and that was the expectation. Now my time has been wasted and I still don't have tires. This store has been a problem for me on more than one occasion, but this was the last time I will give them an opportunity to disappoint. My money will go to a locally owned business from now on. read more

The tire rotation was fine. But was told brake booster was going out. Quoted $970 and was told it was that price because it would take 2 hours. Booster costs about $200, so they would be charging me $350 an hour to work on my car. Have bought over six sets of tires from them in the last 5 years. Third time at the store and Wes guaranteed me both problems would be fixed. After having the car for 3 days, they fixed one of two problems with the car. The brakes sticking when in reverse was fixed. Thank you. The rubbing/ vibration in the front left tire that was introduced by TD with the rotor fix on the first trip still occurs. Apparently, no one worked on that issue the 3 days it was at the store. I am in the process of calling Wes to determine when to get in the store again. $2000+ in repairs so far! All for the original problem of the brakes sticking when in reverse which only got fixed in 3rd visit! read more

Our car needed some work done for a second time. I went in and they blamed the issues on my husband not getting things done the first time even though they had told him they didn't. I'm a skeptical, mistrustful, cynical person by nature. I inherently distrust most companies who offer services to the public, and I'm always looking at whether or not someone's word can be trusted. With that said, I cannot endorse this store enough. I've had service on my clunker car there on multiple occasions, and have always been satisfied. When the brakes unexpectedly locked up on me, I took it in first thing in the morning, and they fixed the issue immediately. Their tire prices are comparable to others in the area, but it's their professionalism and training that are second to none. As a previous reviewer noted, expect a bit of a wait if you're coming in for service of any type, but their service and attention to detail is worth every minute. read more

First rate business. They really went to bat for me. I was out of state where there were no Tire Discounters when I got a screw in my Tire Discounter tire. A national brand company refused to fix the tire, and having no options, I bought a tire. When I got home, I took the my old screwy tire to TD, they patched it without problem. When I complained to the other chain store about being forced to buy an unneeded tire, TD took the time to talk to them, told them why they were wrong. Their help got me a full refund. So TD patched my tire, balanced it, put nitrogen in the tire, and went to bat for me--ALL AT NO COST TO ME. Just part of complete service and complete customer satisfaction. Thanks TD read more

I can't say enough good things about these guys, especially Wes. I had a flat tire last week. Wes spent his morning trying to find a matching replacement. I found a replacement tire elsewhere (it was a rare tire), had it shipped to the store, and they installed it for me. When I went to pick up the car, to my surprise there was no bill. No charge. Nada. I didn't even buy the tire from them-- so I expected to be charged full-boat retail for installation, especially because they'd spent so much time trying to locate a tire for me. But not only didn't they overcharge me, they didn't charge me. At all. That kind of unexpected surprise made my day. After that experience, I will be going back to them from now on.
