You would expect a different approach here than at a Ford repair facility but this isn't the case. I believe their service writer came from a used car lot. Not at all professional. His tone is condescending and he has little to no actual mechanical knowledge. When pressed, he can't answer even reasonably technical questions. This isn't a luxury brand facility. They told me that they can repair my sunroof. I also asked them to check the transmission fluid level since they had done the recent service on it and asked them to scan my car for any codes. They kept my Porsche for 3 weeks. They didn't fix my car's sunroof. They failed to check the transmission fluid level. They didn't scan for any codes. They chipped my driver's side rear door edge. And, they broke my sunglasses compartment. I should have listened to my PCA members. Lesson learned. The only positive is that they didn't charge me. NOT recommended...

What happened? And the extras they're adding are incredibly expensive. If the thing I'm getting fixed costs $300, I don't want to be told you need these little things and it ends up being $600.
