I worked with a gentleman named Bo. ( I may be totally misspelling his name). He was a polite from the moment I spoke with him on the phone. He was not short. I asked a question and he gave me more. He did not stop at yes or no. I appreciate that. I made a point to look for him when I got there. He was just as polite in person. He went above and beyond. He even fixed the valve somehow when I didn't even have to ask. He volunteered other solutions and also told me how to handle another tires situation that the company did not service. read more

horrible! I can't blame the owners but I had a dude switch a tire out for me I explainEd to him I needed it for a warranty it was a new tire and he said okay. I paid with cash and even tipped him. he didn't even give me a receipt I get home my tire is gone. he stole my tire intentionally and didn't ring it up for a bill so he pocketed the money and probably got a pretty penny for a patched brand new tire. 2nd Update: Went in this morning, and the guys remembered me from Saturday. They replaced the 2 flat tires quickly and I was out of there in less than 15 minutes. I am still a little nervous that I might get a flat, but I know they will fix it if it happens again. Update: I actually have 2 completely flat tires now :( Original: I just got 4 tires today. Guys we're super nice and got me out quickly. But now my front driver side tire is completely flat and they are already closed today and tomorrow so now I'm all weekend without a car and have no idea how I will get to work tomorrow. I'm a 57yr.old female. I came into Lee's tire to get a quick tire exchange. There was one slot open and no one was waiting. I talk 2 a gentleman that was working on another car. I asked, "could I pull into the empty spot that was opened" he informed me that he would prefer me 2 take a parking space and wait. I did what he asked and after waiting 4 about 15min. Another car drove up the gentleman got out of his car talk 2 the Lee's tire employee hopped back in his car and drove 2 a empty spot,. I said 2 the employee I was next. The employee told me I should have been standing at the window. I said that it was unfair the way they treated me as a black woman as suppose 2 a white male. Cheap used tires just be careful that the tire hasn't been plugged or patched on the inside.Always inspect the tire before having it installed on your car.Once again your buying a used tire but the guys at the shop are helpful and will replace it if it goes bad on you. I called Lee Tire several hours prior to arriving to get an estimate for 2 used tires. They told me that for my make and model he had tires ranging from $35 to $70 depending on the tread. This was helpful to me because I was able to make a mental budget of how much I would be willing to spend. After arriving with my vehicle I thought it would be a long tiring process as there were several ppl in front of me and their car hadn't been seen yet, it was a Friday afternoon. However it only took roughly 45 minutes for the entire process and time seemed to pass by fairly quickly, as you have the option of standing in the service line after being assisted and talking with other patrons it helps pass the time. If you're not a people person you can also wait in the lobby. I wish I could remember the name of the guy that helped me as he was a gem when it came to helping me find 2 tires that matched my current tread. It's a no for me. Don't go there expecting to receive ANY type of service because they won't give you any. Sat there on their lot with a flat tire waiting to be serviced. Finally someone came over to get my tire size, but told me the only tire they had that would fit my car was $65 (used tire). Didn't want to pay that much for a used tire, so they sent me away not even offering at the very least to put air in my tire. Drove all the way over to Tire Zone on the rim, and bought a near new tire for $50! Those guys over there were awesome, and the service I received was outstanding! I walked in on a Saturday with a blown tire. After going on a wild goose chase for the size I needed, Pete was able to find one immediately. Not only did he have two of the tires, the price I received was remarkably more affordable than anywhere else. I was in and out in 30 minutes with a great looking tire and no dent in my wallet. Pete was not only honest, but you could tell he takes great care of all of his customers. To top it off, the other gentlemen were very attentive to the customers they were taking care of, too. For a tire shop, muchless a used tire shop you couldn't ask for a better place to grab a tire or a set of tires. There is a line on saturdays so make sure to get there early and prepare for a wait, but they are efficient and respectful giving you a range of options. I grabbed a nice tire for my SUV for 42 bucks with free mounting and balancing. About 30% the cost of the cheapest new tire and the tire had 60-70% tread and for a few bucks I could have gotten and even nicer tire but served the function for our car.
