The Honda website sent me to this dealership, as one that might have what I wanted in stock. Isaac called me back the same day, answered my questions over the phone, and we made an appointment for the weekend to test drive the car. On the day of my appointment, Isaac phoned to tell me that the car in question had $2000 worth of dealer add-on upgrades installed, and he wanted to be honest and fair by telling me this before I drove from Louisville to see the car. I drove down to Frankfort and test drove 2 CR-Vs. There was absolutely no pressure to buy... Isaac was fair and honest through the whole process. I decided on a CR-V sport hybrid, and Isaac was able to tell me down to the week when it would arrive on the lot. I put down a deposit, and Isaac kept me updated by text about my car (when it was being built, and where it was in the shipping process). Three weeks later my new baby arrived! I love it so much, and I tell everyone who is in the market for a Honda to go and see Isaac. (In fact, he may need to send me a gift card for all of the referrals...LOL!) It was completely corroded and needed replacement, If a dealer is going to tout a vehicle as ready for repurchase you would think that while changing the oil a technician might mention the battery needed to be checked. I'm very disappointed. Even if they had told me at time of purchase I might need a new battery I could have got one right then. Instead my wife was stuck in a grocery parking lot with a car full of groceries before someone got her started, told her about the battery and she went to Walmart for a replacement, Get it together people!!!

I would give this place less than 1 star…read more Documentation from all repair shops mentioned below can verify the following information. 1 - 02/2024 - I visited E/P on Boston Road to have my thermostat replaced - cost $400. 2 - 04/2024, I heard a rattle from the engine compartment. I took it to another repair shop who told me 'the bolts used to put the thermostat back on was the wrong size, were forced into the screw openings, & the internal threads for the screw hole had been stripped [I never thought impact wrenches were THAT strong]. The only place that touched anything regarding my heating system was E/P on Boston Road. 3 - I took the car back to E/P, showed them the results from the other repair shop, and spent significant time convincing them the work they had done on 02/224 was done incorrectly. As a result, E/P agreed to fix the problem for free. 4 - Flash forward to 12/2024; the heat quit blowing in my car again. I took it to another repair shop and was informed of the following: the last person who fixed the heating system did it wrong; they put in a thermostat that was WAY too small; the bolts to secure the thermostat was the wrong size, & all bolts were forced into the screw hole, and as a result, most of my heating system needs to be replaced [sans the heater coil]. 5 - When I informed the new repair shop of the work & then re-worked my car by E/P when I returned in 02/2024, they had only replaced ONE of the faulty-sized bolts. All four should have been replaced if all bolts had been forced into the wrong opening. E/P did not replace the other three that were too small & the incorrect size when I made them do a re-work in 04/2024. A $400 repair has now cost me close to $2,000. The new repair shop could forensically trace the problems back to the originating install. This significant financial impact should serve as a cautionary tale for potential customers. Given the information above, the decision is in your hands. Choose wisely, and good luck.

Mechanic Ethan found the small details that needed attention, little things throughout the car's engine and suspension that could go very bad very fast if left unaddressed. He even noted a screw thread that'd stripped on a critical engine component buried deep in the car. He replaced the whole component right away because it was the only way to fix it right, no short cuts. My kind of mechanic! He was able to take on my long list of repairs and he adapted as the list grew - a thorough top-down inspection, suspension repair and lift, engine timing belt service, radiator repair, oil pump replacement, driveshaft service, undercarriage protectant application, oil change, to name a few work items. He explained his work thoroughly over several phone calls throughout his multi-day repairs, and he talked me out of an eye-wateringly expensive bogus repair the Lexus dealership wanted to do. Ethan's my hero. Prices were fair, not cheap, but I paid for quality work and honest service and got both, a rare thing. Turn around time was a few weeks. Receptionist Paula was a gem. She kept me up-to-date on the repair status all along. She also arranged payment options when I was out of town and sent me photos of receipts and records electronically. Final timeline and price were both more than quoted, but the quality is definitely there.
