The receipt says parts brought in can be used without a warranty. We were told they can't be brought in. We, my husband and I, brought in our SUV with two working high beam headlights. When we decided to stop work due to extra work and prices being added, our SUV was returned to us in worse shape than when we brought it in. This should not happen. We agreed to pay for the work that had been done. After spending nearly 300 dollars there is one working high beam headlight. Ethical behavior doesn't seem to matter to the people running this establishment. We understand that this could be a civil case and we're working through the process.

They usually have availability the next day or the day after that. They've replaced an intake manifold gasket, done brakes on a couple cars, and some other repairs and troubleshooting. They've always arrived on time, have been very courteous and professional. They've even installed parts that I purchased on my own. I've not used them for any sort diagnostic services but I wouldn't hesitate to do so. They price their service fairly. Front brake pads and rotors was $100 for the labor. They are a great value. They turned what started out to be an absolute disaster into a positive experience. My husband and I broke down on 65south while pulling a 30' travel trailer.
