After 2 mechanics it still came back on so I took it to another mechanic that actually works on Audis and they advised that my timing chain was not lined up. This dealership refuses to give my money back for the vehicle. They are in breach of a contract and will not work with me at all. They just ignored the fact that I kept informing them that the check engine light would not go off. I had to pay over 1,000 for diagnostic on the engine and 1400.00 for new tires on a car that is not driveable.

I called Bardstown auto wrecking to find an hard to find much needed part for my xuv not only did they have it but they also communicated with me multiple times to make sure not only it was what I was looking for but that I would get something that functioned. The shipping was superb better than you would find in major retail stores the item was packed with babble wrap and shredded paper. It was ordered mid weds morning and I received it first thing Friday morning even before I opened up my office. Then to make it even better I called them just to show my appreciation and thank them for their care, courteousness, speed and talking with me numerous times and they were sincerely appreciative for my appreciation. They are now my go to for whatever parts I can get from them.

I noticed a sound when I test drove it. The dealer told me that it was just that one of the tires was a bit more worn than the others. Now it's less than 2 months later. I still have temporary tags on. The brakes started grinding very badly, so of course I have to shell out over $200 to have that taken care of...and discover that the dealer left wheel locks on and took the 'key' out of the box. When I called the dealer, I get a condescending lecture on buying a used car and am basically told I'm out of luck. Now I've taken the car to an actual dealer, and the noise has NOTHING to do with the tires. The wheel bearings are bad. I absolutely will not be buying from Bourbon Trail Motors ever again, no would I recommend them to anyone.
