Don't take ur car there. After partially working on my car and over charging me. I get car home start it 3 times it wouldn't again, something was running the battery down, which is why I took it to him. Had to get my credit card company to withdraw the payment. Finnys is a great local option for foreign car owners. They have saved me a bunch of money on my Mercedes over the past few years. They do great maintenance and if you have a break down they're great at fitting you in to get you back on the road as fast as they can. I took my car there since he opened and Bill always took care of me and always took care of who I sent there but now I feel "dirty" . He recently was raided and a chopped up BMW was found behind his shop. The owner of the car and his friend posted a video about it . Finny's is the best. He's worked on my car since I was stationed at Fort Knox when I couldn't work on my car. I am ver particular about my VDub. I don't trust mechanics who don't love their craft. Bill loves his craft. He's not there to BS. He tells you what you need. He doesn't charge you 'book labor' which is a mechanic hustle. This pays their union workers even when they botch the work on your car. Bill cares. He even fits you in when he's got five other cars ahead. I ended up having to be stationed four hours north. Had the worst experience at my new area. I drove 4.5 hours back to Finny's to get the work done on my car. He's the best foreign and domestic car mechanic in the area. 1,389 and some change later LB (Lurine's Beamer ) is good as new! This place makes me way to go and punch all these other BMW dealerships that I have dealt with and have serviced my BMW. Monday morning my car wouldn't start I was so sad because I am TDY here at ft Knox and drove my vehicle. It finally couldn't take it when the temperature dropped below 7 degrees. I had it towed to Finnys. Come to find out there were so many thing wrong with my LB. In fact I truly believed he save my car. Keep in mind I drive I BMW that I would like to think that I take care of. It gets serviced pretty regularly and oil changed normally. He kept the filter that was from China and had no business in my damn car. So who ever put that in there needs to be turtle slapped. But he fixed that and I really think he could have charge me so much more but didn't. I am really happy that my car broke down here and I was able to get it fixed. Also they were very thoughtful of the fact I have to leave today and did all they could to get LB back to me as soon as possible:) great place that works with integrity!!! I have a 2001 Volkswagen Jetta. Had some wear and tear from precious owner. The control panel wasn't working very well anymore. Brakes were bad too. I come here all the time for my oil changes and never had a problem. I decided to come here to get my brakes and window fixed! Everything works so well! They even fixed my ac thank God! Even told me that there was something else wrong and was able to tell me about much the fix would cost. The guy was very nice and fixed everything in about 45-55 minutes! They were able to schedule me in for one more thing I needed fixed, but the car runs like new again! I'm always happy with results. Excellent service. Super fast. Friendly. Fair price. I was trying to do a DIY oil change and realized that the last person to change the oil (me) over tightened the oil pan drain bolt and I stripped it. Couldn't get it off. We to autoparts store and bought a replacement plug. Called Finny's at 3pm on a Saturday. They had me on a lift by 3:15 and walking out the door 20 minutes later. Since I brought my own oil, filter and replace drain plug they only charged me for the labor and it was very reasonable. read more

I believe in honesty, and as you can see I have earned a level 6 local guide badge with Google, and my account is connected to my Google+, my website, and my YouTube Channel where I teach. That's not a promotion for my own website but to attest for my creditworthiness. Short story: Bilal and co appeared to be a friendly, trustworthy business who cared about us and our car in the beginning, but when we noticed unprofessional actions such as leaving our car dismantled, driver window and door open for 6+ months, AND battery missing we addressed Bilal about it. He became angry, yelled and cussed AT us, threatened us "you dont want to see me angry you will regret it. Im not afraid of you. Get out, get the f*** out." He refused to give us our car battery and kicked us out. I'm APPALLED that I trusted them with our car and it was poorly taken care of, and that we were treated the way we were when we have every right to be upset about the condition of our car. We've spoken with Radcliff Police Dept. We're going to have a mechanic look over our car thoroughly to see if other parts are missing, we may file a suit against them for missing parts, and I'm writing reviews across all platforms and reporting him to Better Business Bureau. It is truly sad and disappointing that we'll have to go this route, I don't like conflict, but I do believe in living an authentic, responsible, honest life/path and standing up for what is right. read more

I had a very pleasant experience getting my brake job done by Bill at Finnys. I have a Lexus IS250 AWD, and the rear brakes were gnarly and grinding thanks to my negligence, but this shop fixed it well and for very inexpensive. The calipers would have been replaced at any other shop due to rust but he cleaned them up, and the rotors, and pads on the rear were replaced, all for $230. The price would have been well over double if the calipers had to be replaced. This savings couldn't come at a more opportune time for me. I'd like to add that the work was done in 1 hour at the end of the night right after I brought it there. I'm sure there's no guarantee he can do the same but it just goes to show the high level of customer service. read more

The owner Bill is nice and good looking and talks a good game but that's where it ends. Took my 2007 745 LI BMW that I got overseas in Germany for a small leak and oil change. This car had only 53,000 . Like new. My car sat for over a week before anything was said to about my leak. Another week and I finally got upset and went and got my car. The car was running horrible and the small leak was bigger. I took it back and again Bill talked a good talk. My car was there for two weeks and when I got it back she ran good and seemed like the leak was gone. My husband received orders to Fort Benning GA and we left . We got here and my 2007 was doing good until the car started running rough and not wanting to start and stay running . I took it to the BMW dealership and found out after a week that the engine needs replacing. They found someone poured crap in the engine for the leak, the brakes were changed and the bolts were stripped and couple were broken . There was something else broken and taped up and oodles of other things funny thing I never said anything to Bill about my brakes . I tried to contact him only to get voice mails. No invoices!! No proof of what was done!! I honestly thought Bill was an honest man only to find out he is a lying thief taking advantage of military wives such as myself . Since he was the only person who worked on my BMW I trusted him!!! Now I have to come up with money for an engine or get rid of my car. I have a paper weight sitting in my driveway!!!
