They turned what started out to be an absolute disaster into a positive experience. My husband and I broke down on 65south while pulling a 30' travel trailer. The temp was in the 90's and we had no air conditioning. We stopped on an off ramp- as far over as I could go but there was nowhere to get out safely or get the dog out. We were there for 3 hours. I started calling auto repair shops in ETown and Radcliffe. Not one person showed any empathy for our situation-that is until I got Daphne from Good Ole Boys on the phone. It was obvious from the start she was going to do what she could. They cleared a spot for our camper and arranged for Nancy to take me to get gas for our generator. Jeff and crew had our truck repaired before noon the next morning. They literally went beyond what was necessary and demonstrated how folks should treat other folks.
