I was the proverbial "problem child" today when I went to get my tires rotated. I have aftermarket…read morelug nuts, and whoever rotated the tires previously, overtightened the lugs. It took so much torque to remove them, it split the lug nut key. Not to be stopped, they contacted Auto Zone, who delivered a new one. They were able to rotate the tires, put on new lug nuts, and torque them correctly. It may sound like nothing big, but the team went above and beyond with the services.

The tire was unfortunately not patch-able (nail was too close to the sidewall), but they were able to replace it with a tire they had in stock. They did give me the option of just keeping it aired up, or putting the spare on for me. I decided to go ahead and replace the tire, and it ran me about $150. (The tire itself was $114 and some change.) Both techs were super sweet and accommodating, and were happy to answer any/all questions I had. They had it done very quickly, even though I didn't have an appointment and their other bays looked full. I'm very happy with the quality of service I received today, and very impressed with the speed of the service despite being short handed on a Sunday. Their parking lot is small, but the lobby is well kept and spacious.

He seemed really put off that I had my license plate number at the ready and took his time putting in my information, acting like I was the one rushing him. I did not feel comfortable leaving my car in their care and after looking at the reviews, I'm glad. Being in the automotive business myself, creating a trusting relationship with the customer is key. I walked in considering asking if they were hiring. I wouldn't touch this place with a ten foot pole.

I called in first to make sure they could look at the jeep the same day! Justin answered the phone was polite and very helpful. They said they could look at it same day. So I towed it to the shop. They did a wonderful job examining the vehicle throughly to give me a real honest answer on what is going on with the Jeep so I could make a decision on what to do with it! I took in my 2008 Hummer H3 Alpha (5.3L) for an oil change. It took longer than expected, but I was…read moretold everything was done. I doubted that, because you have to remove the rear skid plate on my Hummer to access the oil filter & drain plug. There was no removal of the skid plate, so I inquired how did they drain the oil. The "manager" named "Darrell" gave me some nonsensical story about how they could still do the oil change without removing the skid plate. Prior visits to this location ALWAYS had techs remove the skid plate and everyone announced loudly what they did. Today, this crew did not do any of that. Also, one of the techs seemed to be just topping off the old oil, instead of putting in over 5 quarts of clean oil. I asked for a refund and I told "Darrell" that I was never going to return to this location. Pity... they used to have good people there, instead of folks taking shortcuts and ripping off customers!

I'm not sure why he did that because my car was in park by the time waived at me. When he asked me to pull in , I was pulling up and and he was directing me , and he told me to stop very rudely and rolled his eyes. My fiancé rolled down the window and called him out on him being rude to us and not having patience and he claimed that he had patience and that my car was small and that I was driving too fast on the railing and there's a hole beneath us ( all this BS we didn't care for.) An associate, Michael, had taken us instead of the manager ( thank goodness) because I was definitely going to get the number to the corporation on that manager. Michael was VERY nice, respectful, and understanding of our issues with the manager. He apologized for the service we received with the manager, did our initial oil change and wished us a great day. For his (MICHAEL'S) service, I would return there; however, the manager absolutely sucks, so I will gladly take my services elsewhere. Michael also led us to this site for us to make a comment/review on Tyler directly to Valvoline. What a great example of NOT leaving your PERSONAL problems at home, TYLER.
