Then, there was another competitor that I was considering as well after calling 5 tire stores, but not the same brand. On my second call, Ray again took his time and addressed a couple of my concerns on the deal and ordered the tires that I wanted from another branch (I didn't want the brand that was in stock at that location). Within a few hours job was complete and the family vehicle was safe for the winter roads. I will recommend and will go back.

The guy was kind enough to pull up his van and use his jumper cables to get our car started again. We called Ford and they're booked 2 weeks out (which is literally insane in itself but I digress) so we went back to this store to purchase a battery and have someone else install it. The same guy was still working and so helpful, friendly, and kind. I believe his name is Tyler but I could be wrong - he had long brown hair, a beard, and a wrapped hand from what I assume was an injury. Whoever owns this store needs to bump this guy up to management and give him a raise. 10/10 experience and this guy just earned the store a forever customer.

I took my truck into Allan who did a short trouble shooting, and said the truck needed a replacement rear end. I trusted him and spent $2300 for him to put a "used" resend in only to have it start leaking the next day. The replacement rear end was supposed to have new wheel bearings, brakes and seals with it, and I had a 30 day warranty. 2 weeks into the 30 day warranty period the rear end started dumping fluid on a short trip to NC. I called Alan to ask what to do and he said he would call the place he got it from, and call me back. I never heard from Alan again. The cost to repair the rear end properly was $1000 and I was shown how nothing was replaced on the reared before it went on the truck. Mud in the wheel bearings, grease in the brakes and blown seals. I would not take anything back to this guy ever.

This was a few days from thanksgiving, and first couple places I called wasn't able to squeeze us in. This place was! Khalid saw the van, found the problem, and his brother Muhammad confirmed it and showed me the replacement part. The oil filter housing is made of plastic so over time it will crack and leak. Seems to be a common problem for this engine that fortunately they had the part on hand. Ram dealership also confirmed it's a common issue. Anyways, it was a big job, so wasn't cheap, but they were able to give it replaced with an aluminum part which is recommended so this won't happen again, and best of all, that day. We're completely grateful we were able to make to home in time for thanksgiving. Lastly, big thanks to Muhammad for loaning us a car. When he saw that we weren't local and were traveling with dogs, he lent us a car, no charge, so we can get to a motel. And one more thing, I had the van inspected at the Ram dealership, and there said no leaks or any issues for the oil filter housing, so the install was done well!
