Talked with staff member a few minutes and he then indicated that they may not have the proper equipment to do the job. "MAY NOT" ????? Mentioned a bag of sand to sit in the drivers seat. (enter "left-handed" monkeywrench) So, I reminded him that I rec'd a confirmation for this vehicle to have this service, along with a few other words such as how embarrassed I was for them to do business in such a manner. I said since you don't know if you can do the job then cancel the appt., and then left. I pulled into an O'Reily's (see 5star review for that!) and Jay there recommended me to Carson at Val's, who were open on Sunday. My car made it there Sunday morning. Carson took me in right away and helped diagnose my car for a very reasonable fee, as well as gave me price estimates for the repairs. Due to other work I had recently had done, we decided that the best thing for me was actually to tow back to Indy. Carson gave me some paper work and their assessment results so that I could have some more info for my home garage.
