Once got in, asked for the oil change and told them about the nail in my tires and waiting on my set of tires. About 15 minutes later...BAM! Car is done! They provide a full service oil change so all my fluids and tires pressures were checked! The customer lobby is nice, gender neutral bathroom, television is on with local news. Plenty of seating and quick and easy check out process, what else can you ask for! So glad to find a new quick place to get my oil changed!

The location is in a good area because it is located between 2 major intersections allowing exiting vehicles to safely enter traffic. Unfortunately if drivers want to enter from the southbound traffic lanes, there is not enough room for 2 vehicles which causes rear end motor vehicle accidents. The prices are reasonable and there are available monthly car wash memberships. Most importantly The Metro offers a discount to active duty and retirees.

The tire was unfortunately not patch-able (nail was too close to the sidewall), but they were able to replace it with a tire they had in stock. They did give me the option of just keeping it aired up, or putting the spare on for me. I decided to go ahead and replace the tire, and it ran me about $150. (The tire itself was $114 and some change.) Both techs were super sweet and accommodating, and were happy to answer any/all questions I had. They had it done very quickly, even though I didn't have an appointment and their other bays looked full. I'm very happy with the quality of service I received today, and very impressed with the speed of the service despite being short handed on a Sunday. Their parking lot is small, but the lobby is well kept and spacious.

I told him I got my tires at a different location and needed to see if my alignment was under warranty, and that I needed my front passenger tire replaced. He huffed and puffed that he would "have to make a phone call" (oh, the agony!) because they don't have a system where they can look me up. The whole interaction was laced with irritability while I had to remind him multiple times which tire it was that we would replace. He seemed really put off that I had my license plate number at the ready and took his time putting in my information, acting like I was the one rushing him. I did not feel comfortable leaving my car in their care and after looking at the reviews, I'm glad. Being in the automotive business myself, creating a trusting relationship with the customer is key. I walked in considering asking if they were hiring. I wouldn't touch this place with a ten foot pole.

Ended up getting an alignment on both cars and new tires on both vehicles. The guys here went above and beyond to help get us back on the road safely. I never once thought I was being lied too or scammed into buying extra items. One vehicle ended up being a huge pain in the but, nothing they did. We ended up having to go back to the shop two more times. Never was it from anything they did wrong. ( a previous big box tire store issue) They took the time each time we went back to get us fixed up and back on the road. They could have charged us extra money for labor and said No - they wanted the job done correctly. I highly recommend this business and will use them again.

I'm not sure why he did that because my car was in park by the time waived at me. When he asked me to pull in , I was pulling up and and he was directing me , and he told me to stop very rudely and rolled his eyes. My fiancé rolled down the window and called him out on him being rude to us and not having patience and he claimed that he had patience and that my car was small and that I was driving too fast on the railing and there's a hole beneath us ( all this BS we didn't care for.) An associate, Michael, had taken us instead of the manager ( thank goodness) because I was definitely going to get the number to the corporation on that manager. Michael was VERY nice, respectful, and understanding of our issues with the manager. He apologized for the service we received with the manager, did our initial oil change and wished us a great day. For his (MICHAEL'S) service, I would return there; however, the manager absolutely sucks, so I will gladly take my services elsewhere. Michael also led us to this site for us to make a comment/review on Tyler directly to Valvoline. What a great example of NOT leaving your PERSONAL problems at home, TYLER.
