When the dealership opened, I was greeted by one of your employees who invited me into the building to wait for the Service Department to open. He was very professional and friendly. Once the Service Department opened, I met Ethan, a Service Writer. He told me this was his first week, as he walked us through the process of getting our truck serviced. Ethan did a great job keeping us updated on the status of the service being done. He contacted our extended warranty to check for warranty coverage. His personal care and attentiveness was greatly appreciated! Ethan should be a valuable asset to your Service Department Team!

Purchased a vehicle in October and by November it started smelling strong of gas. Took it into a…read moreservice center (not Conway Heaton) and they replaced the gas pump and connectors. Still smelled like gas over a month later, so I took it back and they had to change out the whole fuel tank. Got it back a couple of days ago. It still smells like gas, but I'm hoping it will go away soon. This is the worst experience I've had after buying a car. It's terrible to buy a newer vehicle with low miles and not even be able to drive it. I have talked to a couple people since, who have also had problems with their vehicle shortly after purchasing from Conway Heaton. During all of this, I contacted the salesman (Zach) who sold me the car to see about getting into contact with the previous owner, only to never be followed up with or for my text to go unanswered.

After returning we talked about some scratches on the vehicle and she suggested that their detailing guy could get them out. She said she would call me when we could come back and look at it again to make sure it was done to our satisfaction. Fast forward to a couple days later. We came back to look at the truck again and we're satisfied on the detailing job. Went in to buy the vehicle and to begin negotiations. Finance guy came out with an attitude and said they wouldn't sell that vehicle for anything under MSRP. I was shocked as I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime. (I'm 54) I have never paid MSRP. If you don't want to be treated poorly and pay full price for your next vehicle stay clear from this dealership. Since writing this review they have reduced the truck price.

The shipping was superb better than you would find in major retail stores the item was packed with babble wrap and shredded paper. It was ordered mid weds morning and I received it first thing Friday morning even before I opened up my office. Then to make it even better I called them just to show my appreciation and thank them for their care, courteousness, speed and talking with me numerous times and they were sincerely appreciative for my appreciation.
