Avoid This Dealer - Unreliable and Unprofessional…read more This has been the worst car buying experience of my life. I purchased a truck from this dealer, and due to several mechanical issues it took a month and a half before I had a fully functional vehicle. It then took and additional three weeks before he could provide the title--only after I filed a complaint with the Attorney General. Lucky for him, he managed to send it just in time to avoid further consequences. In total, it took 14 weeks to finally get the truck registered in my home state. Even at the end, I had to keep chasing him for required tax documents. Throughout the past three and a half months, he has regularly ignored my messages for days, and when he did respond, he'd say he'd take care of it but often didn't follow through. I had to push every step of the way just to get the basic paperwork needed to complete the legal purchase. If you value your time and your money--go elsewhere. You shouldn't have to work this hard just to finish buying a vehicle.

There was a good turnout & my friend was seated in a chair next to her daddy's casket greeting people. I saw a man & woman walk up to talk to her & then hand her a card & leave. Since lots of people were doing the same thing, I thought nothing of it until she walked over visibly shaken. I asked if she were OK (still thinking that her emotions were raw from the day) & she handed me the card below. Apparently, her father had a loan with this company & had used his car as collateral (yes, the car he was killed in). These fine folks had shown up at the funeral home to ask his daughter RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEIR CUSTOMER'S CASKET how she was going to settle this debt. Now that's dedication

We bought a car for $6,000+ in October 24. On Monday, January 13 it broke down and we need a new engine costing way more than the car itself. My husband contacted the dealer and was told "You're out of luck because you didn't get the warranty". 2 months with a vehicle!!!!! They take advantage of people who are desperate and then have no compassion or willingness to help.

All she was wanting was to trade it in for something that's runs because she knew they wouldn't give her her money back. She's put $1500 into it so far and it's still not safe to drive (according to the mechanic). It still needs a ton of work. She put $5000 down (which was all of her money) and is not able to drive it.
