Not only is the location very tidy and clean, but the cars are of exceptional quality. What really blew me away was the sales experience. I had my 1 year old daughter and my pregnant Fiance with me. Let's truly set the record straight sir. Let's start with why wasn't Richard fired for talking to a…read morecustomer like that? I had to bring the jeep back to your establishment 4 times for the SAME leaking cooling system. Finally had to take it to Bails Jeep Chrysler in Jeffersonville where it did need to have the radiator replaced, which amazingly fixed the coolant leak that you "bent over backwards", just to keep lying to me and drop the ball FOUR times. For the EXACT SAME PROBLEM. I can get a copy of the repair from them to substantiate this as proof of my claim if you're in any doubt. Was screwing me around or screwing me over to make the sale on an OBVIOUS LEMON really worth all the BS everyone involved had to go through? Even my wife was mad because she had to pick me up and drop me off TEN TIMES from a crappy mechanic that couldn't find a simple coolant leak at the radiator! I had to borrow a pressure tester to find the leak myself show you how to do your job. Also, no matter what I said or how I said it, because yes, I was mad. Regardless, Richard, (haha, fitting name) was completely wrong and out of line for physically charging at me, threatening to kick my ass, like he intended to rip my head off while screaming in my face. Classy customer service, considering I never threatened him or anyone else. Did he ever attend any anger management classes? I hope he gets the help he needs. Seemed like a nice guy, when he wasn't being a Richard. Bottom line, that was a horrible way to treat anyone and you'll never get another dime from me for another sale! Wish we'd have never walked through your door and never will again! Can't believe you're still in business!!!

Oil was full, immediately called BECKY (she must be used to screwing people over), said there is nothing I can do about it now, we are closing in 30 minutes. Told me to call at 9:30, after spending the last $600 on our CC by renting a vehicle to get back/forth to work, called BECKY she stated her father had gone to OH to pick up a vehicle & will have to wait til he gets back. Waited the 3rd day and did not s/w BECKY until 2 pm but I was told I was on the top of her list. She told me that I could use the vehicle as a trade in, that they would give me a little $$, asked about the taxes/plates that after 6 wks I had not received yet, BECKY stated that money was already gone that the plates were there. I will be suing Rockford Lane Auto Sales for every penny and more. They lie, the tax money they put in their pocket until you have made enough payments and haven't had to call you for a payment. It disappoints them when you live up to your obligations because they do not!!
