Let's truly set the record straight sir. Let's start with why wasn't Richard fired for talking to a customer like that? I had to bring the jeep back to your establishment 4 times for the SAME leaking cooling system. Finally had to take it to Bails Jeep Chrysler in Jeffersonville where it did need to have the radiator replaced, which amazingly fixed the coolant leak that you "bent over backwards", just to keep lying to me and drop the ball FOUR times. For the EXACT SAME PROBLEM. I can get a copy of the repair from them to substantiate this as proof of my claim if you're in any doubt. Was screwing me around or screwing me over to make the sale on an OBVIOUS LEMON really worth all the BS everyone involved had to go through? Even my wife was mad because she had to pick me up and drop me off TEN TIMES from a crappy mechanic that couldn't find a simple coolant leak at the radiator! I had to borrow a pressure tester to find the leak myself show you how to do your job. Also, no matter what I said or how I said it, because yes, I was mad. Regardless, Richard, (haha, fitting name) was completely wrong and out of line for physically charging at me, threatening to kick my ass, like he intended to rip my head off while screaming in my face. On Friday 1/3/26 I traded my vehicle to Craig and Landreth so I could liquidate the equity in the vehicle for a lower value car. I explained carefully and in great detail the urgency of the transaction. That I was at bread line. Initially I was told I could get a check the same day. By the time the deal was done and I was in closing I knew I was in trouble when the closer said "I know nothing about you getting a check today." The sales manager told me tomorrow morning. I said OK. As I was moving my belongings into the new car he walked out and told me "ok here's what gonna happen. The check will be ready Monday morning at 9 am. Show up here get the check and go to Huntington bank and I'll call and approve them cashing it right away." Without another option at this point I reluctantly agreed. Purchased my 2nd vehicle from there in December 2022. It was an amazing vehicle. However, shortly after I was in an accident that totaled the car and went to the hospital with a stroke due to the accident. . I lost all documents and warranty information, including GAP info . I contacted this dealership several times for assistance , including the owner, and they have not been willing to assist with anything. I will not recommend or purchase another vehicle when the customer service is this terrible. It's unfortunate because they do have some nice vehicles . I jumped the gun and wrote a nice review prior to the delivery of my vehicle. The nice review was written because I spoke with Molly who was very helpful and put me in a good mood. Lesson learned, don't write reviews until the transaction is 100% complete. It's common sense right? At any rate, I live in Clarksville, TN and was looking for a 2004 Corvette in a 6spd with very low miles. The closest vehicle that met my criteria was located 3hrs away in Louisville at Craig and Landreth. So, I called the dealership on a Friday and briefly spoke with a sales rep. I then was passed off to Zach, the operations manager. I spoke with Zach about the car and told him that I had my own financing, and my credit union could send a check to Craig and Landreth. Zach told me that the dealership would not accept out of state checks and the money had to be wire transferred to them. In an attempt to expedite the process and make things simpler, I ended up trying to get approved through Craig and Landreth's website. It was getting later in the evening and the financial institutions were closing, so Zach said he'd call me the next morning which was Saturday morning. Saturday morning came and went and I received no call. I decided to give them ample time to call so I called around noon my time which was 1pm their time, and I was told that Zach was off. At this point I don't feel like anyone's trying to sell this vehicle and I become extremely frustrated. I spoke with several other people at the dealership and found out that I couldn't get a loan approved until Monday because the financial institutions that Craig and Landreth used were closed. I spoke with my credit union again and they called and spoke with someone at Craig and Landreth and informed them of the reasons they wouldn't do the wire transfer. They said that they wouldn't do a wire transfer because there would be no paper trail. Once the Craig and Landreth representative heard this, Craig and Landreth magically started taking out of state checks. I was given the price of the vehicle quoted with tax and shipping to my home. I live approximately 188 miles away and delivery was $300 which is very reasonable. I should've asked how the vehicles were delivered, but I didn't and that's my fault. My vehicle was driven to my home and arrived here which i didn't prefer but it's not all that big of a deal. The issue is that the car was delivered with 250 miles more than what was listed on the website. The longest route to my home is 188 miles so the car had an additional 70 or so miles on it. In addition to the extra mileage, the car came with half a tank of fuel and bugs splattered all over it. This vehicle is a convertible and was apparently driven here with the top down because there were small bugs splattered behind the driver's seat, on the panel that stows the top. This panel is only exposed when the top is down, therefore that's likely the only way bugs can be splattered on it. The purchase order states that I was charged $350 for delivery rather than the $300 that I was told on the phone. $50 extra is no big deal. The money isn't important, the principle is though. I'd have paid $400 for delivery if it meant a full tank of fuel and a car wash once the driver arrived in my city. The negative battery cable's connector was broken so the connection was extremely loose and unsafe. The vehicle has a fuel tank leak and smells of raw fuel. I noticed the smell when the car arrived but didn't think too much of it at the time. Upon doing my research, I found that a leaking fuel tank connector was an issue with these vehicles made in 2004 between specific VINs. My VIN is affected. General Motors extended the warranty by ten years, but that warranty was up in 2014. For a dealer to claim to conduct 110- or 120-point inspections and then sell a vehicle in this condition is ridiculous. This is unsafe. Vehicles should be repaired, especially when unsafe, and the costs should be figured into the sales price of the vehicle if the dealer wants to recoup those costs. For shopping at Craig and Landreth I got the exact vehicle that I wanted delivered to my home for $50 more than what I was quoted, with half a tank of fuel, bugs splattered on it, and unsafe issues that must be immediately repaired for $2,400. This experience is so terrible I can't help but laugh about it. Two weeks have passed and I'm still waiting for my second set of keys that they kept and the title which is needed to register my vehicle. I'll pay the $2,400 and get this car in working order, but I'll never ever do business with this company again and don't recommend anyone else to either. read more

Just purchased 2016 F-150 XLT truck. Even before I drove to their dealership they were very helpful in finding the truck I wanted. Brandon, my sales rep was awesome. We talked about music, video games, you name it. As soon as I arrived at the door I was greeted by tons of hellos and greets. Coffee and donuts were awesome and the lunch I was invited to was great. Hummmm fried chicken and sandwiches, doesn't get any better. Service was quick all around. Found a minor issue with a broken fog lamp holder and Richard took care of it right away. All I had to do is ask so I am surprised by the other reviewer about no gas in car, etc. I drove off with my truck with a full tank of gas.... LOL Enjoyed working with everyone there. Purchased my car less than 3 weeks ago and already having a problem they refuse to resolve without me "chipping in" for. Of course it's not covered under the $2000 extended warranty I purchased. They would rather lose a client over $50 than have a satisfied possible repeat customer. Hmmmm- speaks volumes about the type of dealership they are.
