The salesman and his manager kept telling us we would get a tax credit for buying this specific hybrid. (My accountant just informed me the car DOES NOT QUALIFY.) During the finance portion of this debacle the finance person was argumentative with my wife and also kept reducing the price of the products we did not want to purchase. The week after the purchase we had questions about State taxes and licensing that Jeff Wyler could not or would not answer (WE FIGURED IT OUT ON OUR OWN). There were many more negative bits and bytes that I'm not listing. The one star is only because I couldn't give a negative and the car is a Honda. We are going to purchase 2 more new cars in this family this month and believe me none of Jeff Wyler's dealerships are being visited.

The vehicles are neatly arranged by make, and you need to bring a toolbar. The have wheelbarrows for those who need alot, or heavy items. Also some whole vehicles for sell as well. The computer pretty much points you to where you need to go, and if they have it. The staff is very helpful and friendly, even to noobs who never even changed a tire. I kept taking the car back to them during the 3 mth warranty and they have a shop on sight and had them put their computer to the car and Mo lied to me and told me it was a misfire. The car broke down within 5 mths the engine was done. He knew the cars engine was bad. I went back to get the car and take it to get fixed elsewhere and i was very upset. Then Micheal stepped in saying he was going to make it right with me and sold me a 2016 Mazda 6 which I had to give up 3500$ more plus trade in the ford i had just bought. I was so desperate i felt like i had to go along so i had a vehicle for work. But my heart was broken. Within a month the Mazda 6 was leaking gas causing me to get carbon monoxide poisoning from driving a car leaking gas and i was unaware. He assured me it was a good car with no problems. Now the mazda is in the shop im out like 15,000$ im recovering from being poisoned and feel like im in a nightmare. Within nearly 6 mths they sold me 2 bad cars and were driving them both because their personal items were in the cars and the computers. Should they be driving the cars theyre supposed to be selling in the lot for personal use?! They have their own mechanics and shop so they had to be aware of the issues but decided to hurt a single mother anyway for the almighty dollar. I cannot stand that this can happen to people I am going to find resolve for myself in this matter but ive list so much because of it. Buying a car should be a happy time and no one should pay that much money and end up on the side of the road broke down n sick after not even half a year.

I took it home and that night the check engine light came on. The intake manifold has a leak. After Circus spent 12 hours over two weeks working on it, it still has issues. Other things that I have had to replace within the first 90 days of owning this car include, the alternator, rear brakes including calipers, windshield wipers, head and tail lights.

He walked by & says " you better get that thing off of this lot before 4pm , or it will be towed away ". Well we did . At 3pm we pushed next door behind the Chiropractors office . Not because it's the best car wash in town, but because it's convenient and "fine". But today, my husband got there and was on the phone with me, so he decided to wait to go in to the bay. Then the bays got busy. He was sitting off to the side of the car wash in a parking spot when the manager approached him very aggressively and asked him what he was doing. After he explained he was on the phone and waiting, the manager continued to become hostile and when my husband lost his patience and returned the hostility was told, "he couldn't talk to him like that." Apparentry at this establishment only the manager can disrespect the customer- not vice versa. lol. So my husband left and we will certainly not be using Mister G's car wash again.
