2021 Nissan Rogue Platinum AWD
Christopher O.

My salesperson (Markis T.) was VERY helpful. Markis, normally works at the Coyle Chevrolet Buick GMC dealership, but went above and beyond to help me find the vehicle wanted in a sister dealership. He is very knowledgeable of the vehicle availability, offerings, and inventory. He is also remarkably professional, and interested in helping his customer find a great fit for their budget, and desire. The Coyle Nissan staff was very flexible with my schedule, and even stuck around after hours ensuring that I walked away satisfied. Highly recommend!

I purchased a GMC Terrain from here and absolutely love it !! The car is in very condition on the interior and exterior. The car salesman (Shawn) was very kind, helpful and patient. The process was way quicker than my previous time purchasing a car which is a big plus to me due to having my baby with me. Would strongly recommend going here to purchase a car !

We talked about music, video games, you name it. As soon as I arrived at the door I was greeted by tons of hellos and greets. Coffee and donuts were awesome and the lunch I was invited to was great. Hummmm fried chicken and sandwiches, doesn't get any better. Service was quick all around. Found a minor issue with a broken fog lamp holder and Richard took care of it right away. All I had to do is ask so I am surprised by the other reviewer about no gas in car, etc. I drove off with my truck with a full tank of gas.... LOL Enjoyed working with everyone there. Let's truly set the record straight sir. Let's start with why wasn't Richard fired for talking to a…read morecustomer like that? I had to bring the jeep back to your establishment 4 times for the SAME leaking cooling system. Finally had to take it to Bails Jeep Chrysler in Jeffersonville where it did need to have the radiator replaced, which amazingly fixed the coolant leak that you "bent over backwards", just to keep lying to me and drop the ball FOUR times. For the EXACT SAME PROBLEM. I can get a copy of the repair from them to substantiate this as proof of my claim if you're in any doubt. Was screwing me around or screwing me over to make the sale on an OBVIOUS LEMON really worth all the BS everyone involved had to go through? Even my wife was mad because she had to pick me up and drop me off TEN TIMES from a crappy mechanic that couldn't find a simple coolant leak at the radiator! I had to borrow a pressure tester to find the leak myself show you how to do your job. Also, no matter what I said or how I said it, because yes, I was mad. Regardless, Richard, (haha, fitting name) was completely wrong and out of line for physically charging at me, threatening to kick my ass, like he intended to rip my head off while screaming in my face. Classy customer service, considering I never threatened him or anyone else. Did he ever attend any anger management classes? I hope he gets the help he needs. Seemed like a nice guy, when he wasn't being a Richard. Bottom line, that was a horrible way to treat anyone and you'll never get another dime from me for another sale! Wish we'd have never walked through your door and never will again! Can't believe you're still in business!!!

I am especially impressed by all the staff at Coyle... courteous, frindly, informative... all the things you look for when at a dealership. Buying a car here is about the same at any other "Big Box" dealership, but overall I'd say the experience is relatively painless. Shout out to the Sales staff for listening... It's nice when you walk away feeling like your needs are met. Also, cool tumblers are a huge fav of mine! Another Shout out to the Service Center. Those guys bend over backwards to make sure you're getting what you need instead of what they think you should buy. Always come away feeling like part of the gang... Thanks to all the service technicians and staff that take the time to really work on what you want them to!

I absolutely DO NOT recommend Coyle Chevrolet, especially for seniors, people with cognitive…read moredisabilities, or families trying to advocate for a vulnerable loved one. My mother has dementia, and this experience has caused her tremendous stress and anxiety. I am her caregiver, and before her vehicle was even dropped off at Coyle Chevrolet, I was already emailing Dave and leaving voicemails explaining that I needed to handle communication and decisions regarding her vehicle. I was also trying to give them important information about one of the mechanical problems so they would know what to investigate when the vehicle arrived. Because they would not return my calls or meaningfully respond to my voicemails and emails, that issue went unresolved and my mother's vehicle sat at Coyle Chevrolet for over a month while they struggled to figure out what was wrong. What makes that especially frustrating is that the vehicle had already been at Oxmoor Auto Group, where the issue involving the unusual noise and gasoline leak was identified and we were given information about where the problem appeared to be. I was trying to give Coyle that information from the very beginning. Instead, they told my mother there was nothing wrong with the area I was describing, later said they could not figure out what was wrong or why the vehicle would not start, and eventually, after more than a month, investigated the exact area I had been telling them about. That was where the gasoline leak was coming from. If another automotive group can identify the problem, while Coyle has the vehicle for more than a month and ultimately finds the issue in the exact place I had been trying to tell them to look from the beginning, that tells you everything you need to know about why I would not take a vehicle to Coyle Chevrolet. And they cannot claim they simply did not know I was trying to reach them. I was already emailing directly with Dave regarding paperwork needed for them to work on the vehicle. I repeatedly left messages specifically for him. Dave even acknowledged to my mother that he was receiving my emails and voicemails, yet he still did not call me. My mother repeatedly told them, including service advisor Tyler, that I was her caregiver, that I needed to handle this, and gave them my phone number. That lack of communication had financial consequences. We already knew the battery was failing. It had already been diagnosed, and we had already paid for a replacement battery. Had they communicated with me, I would have immediately told them not to perform another battery diagnostic. Instead, my mother was charged approximately $500 for diagnostic work and another $250 for a battery. She now owes more than $2,000 for this vehicle. Had I actually been included in these conversations as I repeatedly requested, our family could have reviewed those costs and decided whether continuing to put this much money into the vehicle even made sense. We could have chosen not to proceed and put that money toward purchasing her another vehicle instead. When I finally got someone on the phone and tried to address everything that had happened, I expected someone to say, at minimum, "I'm sorry this happened. Let me get a manager involved." No one did. I was transferred to Tyler, whom I still could not reach. When I called back and ultimately spoke with Dave, he talked in circles, would not acknowledge the concerns I was raising, offered no meaningful apology, and never offered to connect me with a manager. Then Dave told me, essentially: "How was I supposed to know? Your mother seems fine to me." That comment was deeply disturbing. Dementia does not have a particular look. Someone can carry on a conversation while still struggling with memory, judgment, processing information, financial decisions, and stressful situations. More importantly, Dave did not need to personally decide whether my mother "seemed" like she had dementia. I had already told him. This entire situation is exactly why I was trying to protect my mother by handling these conversations in the first place. Instead, she spent more than a month extremely anxious and distressed over her vehicle, ended up owing more than $2,000, and I spent that month trying to get employees to simply return my calls, listen to information that could have helped them diagnose the vehicle much sooner, and communicate with the caregiver they had repeatedly been told to contact. And when I finally confronted them about it? No accountability. No manager. No meaningful apology. Just transfers, circular conversations, and excuses. Families caring for someone with dementia should not have to fight this hard to protect their loved one. Based on the way my mother was treated, the unnecessary stress and expense, the month-long communication failure, and the complete lack of accountability afterward, I absolutely do not recommend Coyle Chevrolet.

This 1 star review is for the Parts Manger named John Krause, he is a dishonest scammer…read more For Context, I run a Vw/ Audi Specialist repair shop in Huntington Beach, Ca named Matt's A Plus Car Care. I am a Volkswagen Master Technician with 26 years of experience. I've fixed literally thousands of Vw's over my career. The unfortunate situation: I was looking for a rare door key cylinder for one of my customer's cars, a 2008 Vw Rabbit. The cylinder was discontinued but my local dealer told me that this Clarksville, Indiana dealership had the last cylinder in the country in stock with my correct key code. Awesome, I called them up to see if they would sell it to me, I gave Alan the parts guy my customer's Vin and he confirmed they did in fact have the correct key cylinder in hand and he just needed to confirm with the parts manager that he could sell it to me. Perfect, let me know, I'll take it. Alan got approval from John the parts manager to sell it and ship it to me for $402.64! They wouldn't even give me a standard 25-30% reseller discount, I paid the full retail price for it. I paid over the phone and when the part came in, I called my customer, she came in and I put her key in the new cylinder and turned the key, the flat blade on the end of the cylinder did not turn with the key indicating that the cylinder was internally broken! Oh no no no, I immediately knew that this was going to be a problem and it would be a 50/50 chance if I would get my money back. I called the parts dept back the very next day as they were already closed at 4pm California time and spoke with Alan again, I told him what happened and then I talked with John who very quickly was getting upset with me. John wanted me to make him a video proving the part was broken, I made the video and emailed it to Alan and they all watched my video showing how the key cylinder was internally broken. John wrote me back a email basically refusing to refund my money because the part was not ordered with the Vin. Uhh, what Sir? What are you even trying to say? I ordered this cylinder with my customers Vin number! This is the exact correctly cut key cylinder for my customers car, the part was broken out of the bag. You Sir, could have made this right, I offered to send the part back to you and let your master tech inspect it proving that I had not tampered with in any way like you were assuming I did. You sir, are unfortunately not honorable and will forever be labeled as a scammer on the internet because of your choices in screwing me over on this $402.64 broken part. You should be relieved of your duties as a manager because you are dishonest and do not have the moral compass to hold a position of management. Long story short: You sold me a broken $402.64 part and then refused to refund my money? Are you insane? You could have easily done the right thing, accepted the return, made a parts claim with Vw and refunded my money. Everyone gets refunded, no one gets screwed over, This would have been the correct response. Instead you screwed over a fellow Volkswagen master technician (me) with a few rambling and unintelligible paragraphs about how I didn't order the cylinder with the original Vin. You Sir, are a liar. Because the very first thing I did when I originally called was give Alan my customer's Vin number and he confirmed that cylinder was for my customers car. THEN, YOU SIR APPROVED THE SALE! ! ! But that is totally beside the point, the point is that this part was broken right out of the bag and it should have been refunded without the back and forth email chain that you stopped responding to, the multiple phone calls, Vw corporate care hassle, Amex charge back case ETC. I know it's hard to believe, because broken genuine parts are rare, but that's the truth. I wouldn't be writing all this out if it wasn't. Buyers beware, this dealership will sell you a broken part, and double down on not refunding your money. Shame on you John. Do better.... You dishonest scammer. I also called and left messages with 3 different receptionists for the General Manager and that coward never called me back either. Do better you bunch of scammers.

I really didn't want to return here due to all of the apparent dropped balls, lack of accountability, and inconvenience and disrespect for my time. Arrived for 9:30 AM appointment (10/28), spoke with Jermaine at service desk (BK had the day off), and was informed service would be done by noon. Then was sent to waiting room purgatory.
