I have come here for the last few years but now only to the ford service dept not quicklane Here is the list, 1. Toyota Highlander had oil change before we went on vacation, the check engine light came on causing us to stop and get it diagnosed and pay 75 dollars to get the air filter sensor plugged back in after 90 miles or so. 2. F250 had oil change, Air filter was jammed back together bending alignment tabs out of way, I found this because I have a K&N washable air filter in it, I fixed that myself. Although there is still minor damage to the air filter housing. drain plug was damaged from over torque 3. F150 had oil change and had to bring it back because the oil pan guard was hanging down, and had not been tightened up correctly 4. F350 brought into have front end alignment, all lugs were loose on right front wheel and one stud was broken, yep the last time that wheel was off was when I brought it in to have the tires I bought from quicklane balanced and an oil change, and I was charged 30 dollars to fix the broken stud. 5. BIG, after i took in the f350 and f250 i was told they needed all new upper and lower control arms about 1000 dollars at ford , I took them to another mechanic and he said the front end was good on both?

Anyway called monday and was going to have the ignition switch changed.. no biggie, hour work and done.. 385.00 Never called, called end of day. They had trouble getting switch.. all auto zones fault. All day tuesday no call, Wednesday, had more trouble, be ready tomorrow. Thursday, waited all day still nothing even though they got it fixed.. Friday picked it up and guess what??? charged 600.00 instead of 380.. hmmmmm crooked much? Never once called to explain, call about part being more, or nothing no communication.. do not use these crooks. We will NEVER go to them again. Funny thing.. sunday my son said not to call them, but I said, its just a simple switch, they wont screw us over that. I was so wrong. ass clowns, crooks and sneaky ass bastards.
