You can tell the place is close knit and run small. They took great care of our car making sure to look at everything besides what we came in for. I felt like their prices were very fair and they did a thorough job. They did take a while but it was a very busy day and they let us know ahead of time it would be a long wait. Fun note: they have a giant aloe plant in the window and lots of baby aloe plants from the big one and if you ask about it they will literally give you a baby aloe plant! So I might have had to pay for my car to get fixed but at least I got an aloe plant! Pro tip: this place is right next to my FAVORITE coffee shop so if you go here you can just walk across the road and hang out at Sunergos while you wait. Pretty awesome set up.

And similar to other reviews, getting treated like I'm crazy, it's not their fault, they did not cause additional issues, etc etc. Do not recommend and will not be using any longer. And I live in the neighborhood. Hate to have to go somewhere else that is inconvenient but can't stand the treatment from this shop any longer. And the drain it puts on my bank account with any small problem. Just bite the bullet and take your car to the dealer. At least it will get fixed correctly.

After doing the engine analysis, Accurate Automotive informed me the timing chain was broke. They informed me it would be 1400.35 to complete the repairs. I gave consent to proceed with fixing the car by replacing the timing chain. After starting the repairs, Accurate Automotive informed me the engine was damaged from the timing chain breakage. They offered to put in a new Jasper engine at a cost of $7200. I declined to have new engine installed in car. I inquired how much it would cost to repair the existing engine. They informed me they did not know without taking the heads apart, at a cost of $200 - $300. I declined further analysis. When I made arrangements to have car towed elsewhere, I was then charged $269.73, and they could not give me an estimate of what it would cost to repair the engine. My authorization of additional labor was based the understanding that they could repair the car by installing new timing chain at a total cost of $1400. Additionally they did not even put the car back together. When I went to discuss the bill, I was told to get the "H" of his property.

My brother mentioned someone in Fern Creek that worked on transmissions. Im still not sure if this was the place he was talking about, but this is where I called. Dave answered the phone, listened to what I was telling him had been going on over the last several days, he asked me some questions as well. He said he could look at it (within a 24 hour period) . after talking to him I felt comfortable about taking it there. He explained that there are more things other then the transmission that could cause the symptoms I was describing. Got it there, he took it, I left, he called within a few hours......he said it is not the transmission, it was the hydraulics on the brakes. Gave me the price, said he would start on it right away, called me couple hours later. problem solved. I am a single woman and had to approach this issue with caution, but the professionalism during that initial phone call, I knew I called the right place.

THIS PLACE ROCKS!…read more Seriously, throughout my 10 years as a car-owner, I have NEVER received such incredible service, prices, and kind attitudes when having my vehicle serviced, as Darryl's offers. They are one-of-a-kind rarity in the auto service industry, and they should be loudly applauded! Positive affirming quotes and expressions don the surfaces of the waiting room- making you feel warm and fuzzy about getting your car worked on. The prices are reasonable, and I have NEVER felt that I was being ripped off. Even once when they found nothing wrong with my boyfriend's car, they did not charge him a dime! New and used tires, alignment, oil change, etc. They don't work on everything, but they do A LOT! They even re-attached my dangling muffler! SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES- EVEN IN CAR REPAIR/WORK!
