I visited this dealership Friday for an oil change. I am so very impressed with the service personnel and mechanics. I was informed that the alignment I had perforated another location needed to be fixed!! I will not hesitate to do all my business with this friendly dealership. They make you feel like family - especially being the first time I ever stepped foot inside!!! Horrible overall service experience and experience with Service Manager and General Manager. Should have went with John Jones from beginning!! Long story short we had a vehicle off with transmission issue. Was told it would be a 'few days' before a technician could look at it since we didn't have an appointment. After a week I hadn't heard anything so I checked in. Was told two cars ahead of our and it would be a 'couple days'. Another week went by and hadn't heard anything so I had to reach out again. Was told one vehicle ahead and would only be a couple more days.... Following week, same thing. Over 4 weeks finally get diagnosed and told parts would take a week. After a week of not hearing anything I reached out again asking for an update to be told it was installed but now has to go John Jones to be programmed and that would take a week... the next week after not hearing anything I reached out again to be told that there was a problem with the transmission they put in and they would have to send to John Jones to fix under warranty. You get the frustration. On top of the lack of communication and me having to pull information from them, I was quoted different prices from what I was actually charged and they nickle and dime charges for sure. So when it was finally ready after 7 weeks I took my concerns to service manager who was no help and offered no sincere concern and even admitted that his tech shouldn't have taken the job and they he would be talking to him about it. He also said he would talk to the service coordinator about his lack of communication and not accurately estimating how long it would take. His solution was that I should have asked them to use on of their rental cars but that since I didn't he couldn't do anything. I told him the service person knew I had a rental and that's why I was upset waiting and waiting.. thought I'd get a better response from Heritage General Manager but all he did was make excuses and had more questions about me and my customer service experience... just a giant waste of time and money and severe lack of customer service by management for sure!! read more

Bought a 2020 f150 lariat from them end of Jan. 2026 bought an extended warranty through ford and was suppose to have a 30 day 1500 mile warranty through them. Upon getting the truck home after an hour long drive we put the truck in 4x4 as it was stuck in snow in my grandpas drive way and it said 4x4 temporarily unavailable. We got the truck out of the driveway by pushing it out and the following day i called to setup an appointment to get it fixed had to drive it for a week til they could get it in. we took it to them on the scheduled day and they found some issues with the transfer case and the transmission had starting making noise as well they went straight to my warranty no help from them on their 30 day 1500 mile promise wouldn't cover a rental made me pay my Deductible and had to wait almost 60 days to get the truck back. Upon picking the truck up there's a pretty audible noise on cold startup sounds horrible but goes away after warming up and my splash shields that go under the truck the one that goes on the rear under trans is gone and the bracket is bent also the front one is broke looks like on passenger side it was just ripped down to gain access so i had to order those to replace them now I would never buy from them again and strongly urge people to look else where i work at ford ktp and we will be buying elsewhere. Its a shame really i even called and asked to speak to sales manager twice the second time a sales guy sent me to the service manager what a guy. read more

This is the absolutely worst service department that I have ever dealt with in my life. I've worked for a couple different ford dealers, so I know what i'm talking about. I am going to call my warranty company.I'm going to call the better business bureau.I'm going to call anyone I possibly can because I believe they are scamming people out of money. They don't take a service appointments, they take reservations. What the f*** is that?? He Said he can't give me an itemized bill.Because it was warranty work! Yet I had to pay a deductible! Took off work to have a recall done on my backup camera and to fix a small defroster on my back window. I killed a whole day in louisville, waiting for my expedition to be finished to only show up there eight hours later to find it wasn't ready to go. I totally understand when people talk about a high turnover rate at this dealer.No one would wanna work for this service department. It's in need of a good manager. I could go on and on with the things the service department sucks at but I get madder and madder as I type. Sold car to me on condition that I inspect with my personal mechanic. Vehicle got to mechanic (approx 20 miles away) and started shuddering. Mechanic went on initial test drive before doing any inspection, vehicle coded and shut down in middle of intersection. Called Heritage and they call a wrecker, 1.5 hours later the vehicle and i arrive back at Heritage. I stand in lobby for over 15 minutes before anyone helps me (no other customers). Salesman and Office Manager come out and inspect the vehicle and then refund me initial deposit. Office Manager doesn't even have courtesy to talk to me. The Salesman calls me the next day to say they found the issue that the air filter was turned around backwards. I reminded him that the vehicle was purchased Sat morning with no one else allowed to drive (put deposit down to pull vehicle out of inventory) until I picked up Monday morning. He then proceeded to tell me it was my mechanic that must of turned filter around. My mechanic only took the vehicle on test drive, didn't even get to inspection. What a joke!!! This is 2nd car I have bought from them, should of learned lesson 1st time when between driving the car off the lot and getting home the antennae fin cover flew off. Terrible experience. I drove from Kentucky to buy an F-150, but the salesperson, Devon, was rude and unwilling to discuss pricing or explain the cost of the truck. When I asked to speak with a manager, I wasn't given the chance. After leaving the dealership, I called and specifically requested not to speak with Devon, yet I was transferred to him anyway. When I asked him to connect me to a manager, he sent me to voicemail. Bottom line: they advertise one price online, but when you arrive, the price is thousands higher. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else--I know I will. read more

Heritage Ford tries very hard to lose my business. The Quick Lane is a great concept, but the employees there aren't the greatest. I've had several issues with the service. My receipt always says they topped off my fluids, but they don't. Don't let them check your air filter. I drive a Ford, and when they checked mine, they didn't close the housing correctly. After removing my oil fill cap, they placed it on plastic trim in the engine compartment. It left a puddle of oil. They didn't wipe it up. We aren't talking about hard stuff here. Several of the employees don't care about the quality of their work. Moving on... I received an email to take my car in to Heritage for repairs, so I used the system to schedule an appointment for July 8th at 5 pm. I took my car in, gave them my keys, and waited. Probably 10 minutes later a guy came and said they couldn't do the work. They had no record of my appointment and didn't have anyone available. We dropped it off on December 3 and the 16 hour job took 73 days and was ready for pickup on February 15. The service manager gave excuse after excuse with no apparent accountability. However, the vehicle that I didn't purchase dropped in price by $250 the following week.
