Just what a car buying process should be! See it, test it,…read morehave it for inspection and buy it. Adam, Paul and Brad will make sure you experience a no gimmick car buying process here. This is no baby sitting place, it's a business; but they get to the point and you can check a car inside, outside or take it for a test drive. They make sure the car is in working condition, as you can see they have from from any brand regular to more premium and luxury tier cars and they will have good prices on them. So keep an eye on inventory as it moves fast. You can also check inventory and pricing on their website. I just purchased a car from G and L and even though there were no warning lights, the inspection place told me the car is in good shape, then a light came on within 48 hours of the purchase. I went back and Adam responded and resolved it on the same day. That is how a business gains loyalty in my book. I plan to buy another one in 2 years or so and G and L will be my first place to visit.

However, the brake light was on and the brakes were worn out and I mentioned it to Tara who is the dealership wife. Tara said, if I decide to purchase the car, they will fix the brakes. They only put brake pads on it and when i was driving the car out of their lot the check engine light on and their shady mechanic deleted it and it came back again and the car keeps stalling. I also discovered that the vehicle needs a new catalytic converter. I kept having the same issue over and over. Brakes wobbling and car stalling putting my life at risk And Raul refused to fix the car he even asked me to pay him in order to fix it and asked me to leave his shop because I was complaining about it and told him that since he doesn't want to take it back, fix it, or give me another car. I had to bring the jeep back to your establishment 4 times for the SAME leaking cooling system. Finally had to take it to Bails Jeep Chrysler in Jeffersonville where it did need to have the radiator replaced, which amazingly fixed the coolant leak that you "bent over backwards", just to keep lying to me and drop the ball FOUR times. For the EXACT SAME PROBLEM. I can get a copy of the repair from them to substantiate this as proof of my claim if you're in any doubt. Was screwing me around or screwing me over to make the sale on an OBVIOUS LEMON really worth all the BS everyone involved had to go through? Even my wife was mad because she had to pick me up and drop me off TEN TIMES from a crappy mechanic that couldn't find a simple coolant leak at the radiator! I had to borrow a pressure tester to find the leak myself show you how to do your job. Also, no matter what I said or how I said it, because yes, I was mad. Regardless, Richard, (haha, fitting name) was completely wrong and out of line for physically charging at me, threatening to kick my ass, like he intended to rip my head off while screaming in my face. Classy customer service, considering I never threatened him or anyone else. Did he ever attend any anger management classes? I hope he gets the help he needs. Seemed like a nice guy, when he wasn't being a Richard. Bottom line, that was a horrible way to treat anyone and you'll never get another dime from me for another sale! Wish we'd have never walked through your door and never will again! Can't believe you're still in business!!!

After I pointed out that it was a stock size tire and pointed to a literally identical model with the same stock tire size for sale in their lot, he was completely flabbergasted and had no idea. I asked him how they do alignments on several models of trucks that Ford ships with same size ties and he said he didn't know and backpedaled saying their machine had a maximum size of 33" tires. So apparently if you own a Super Duty, Bronco, F150 or Ranger they can't work on it. Plus their service tech left all their tags all over the inside, grease marks on my console and just slapped a new oil change sticker next to the old one instead of peeling it off. The oil change itself was 399. And then they add on a "misc" $25 fee for cleaning supplies. You would think for 400 bucks they would clean your whole car!!! The air was under warranty so no fee for that. Overall it was a great experience, but a little over priced.

They noticed that my back tire was wobbly (not the official phrasing but the gist) -- something they could not repair and that I should not drive on. I called a mechanic close to Costco, who kind of shrugged me off because they couldn't get me in that day. I then called ImportDoktor (should have been my first call!). They also didn't have availability but told me how they could tow it to their shop for $125 and get on it in the morning. They were so friendly and helpful that I went with them. From there, they were great about communicating with me, sending me quotes via text. They were able to finish it the next day and left my car ready for me to pick up.
