Very Very Dedicated! A dear friend of mine lost her father in a car accident & we were at the visitation at the funeral home today (Sunday). There was a good turnout & my friend was seated in a chair next to her daddy's casket greeting people. I saw a man & woman walk up to talk to her & then hand her a card & leave. Since lots of people were doing the same thing, I thought nothing of it until she walked over visibly shaken. I asked if she were OK (still thinking that her emotions were raw from the day) & she handed me the card below. Apparently, her father had a loan with this company & had used his car as collateral (yes, the car he was killed in). These fine folks had shown up at the funeral home to ask his daughter RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEIR CUSTOMER'S CASKET how she was going to settle this debt. Now that's dedication read more

Pretty much it's going to come down to a convenient location, friendly staff and and that little bit of extra that draws you in. At the beginning of 2017 I left my old bank which was a few miles away from my house and that I had been at for 12 years, to come to Park Community. I will say that this branch isn't the most convenient bank for where I live. For the extra little travel time it is for sure worth the 15 minute drive to become a Shepherdsville Park Community member. The staff at the Shepherdsville Park Community Credit Union is more welcoming than any bank I've ever been to. Coming into the bank you will not find a speck of dirt anywhere. A very warm and comfortable atmosphere greats you coming through the foyer. It's nice to be greeted by your name as soon as you walk through the door. There is rarely a long line due to the knowledgeable tellers. They are able to process your transactions quickly and accurately, all while projecting a positive, friendly and energetic attitude. They are quick with a "happy birthday" on your special day and just might have something for you! That little extra that they give you. Most days something is happening. They're is always coffee and some sort of snack set out for members. Around any holiday you can count on the staff to be dressed for the occasion and have extra treats available for you. I have had the same insurance agent for about 10 years. You always hope when you continue to renew…read moreyour policy, you are getting the best rates and someone is reviewing your current details of policy to keep an eye on things. I've been putting off getting quotes and finally visited the website for Karla's agency. There was a "text us" option and I really thought this will probably not get a response. But was I surprised!! I received a text back shortly after sending. For my busy job text and email are my primary communication choices. I emailed over my current policy overviews to get quotes for similar coverage. My auto quote came back first, saving me over $978 a year!! Also, after a review of my policy and the PVA report we found that I was not well insured on my home. My coverage was literally my loan balance, and we all know to rebuild it's a lot more. I increased my coverage by more than double what I had prior on my home owners. This came in about $200 more a year, but with way more coverage. These ladies are friendly and down to earth. Amy literally communicated with me via email and it was seamless. Their service is incredible. I also love their office is right down the road from my home. I will always recommend this agency. Glad we made the change.
