So, here's my experience with these folks: These guys are THE best thing since sliced bread! I took my Jeep Wrangler to another shop in town to have a sensor that was giving me a brake warning light replaced. Next thing, they told me they'd have to replace the wheel assembly. Next thing, they told me they had broken off a bolt in the axle & I needed a new axle. Next thing, they told me it was not drivable. Then the price doubled because they had priced the axle wrong. Next thing, I got cranky & pissed them off. Suddenly, it was drivable and I should come pick it up. Oh, and by the way, it would be $100 for their trouble. I pissed them off some more & they told me to come get it & never darken their door again. I said no problem there! Just by dumb luck & some fairy godmother looking out for me, I picked these guys off of Yelp. Called, told them my story. They said you bet, bring 'er in! They looked it over, sent me photos of what they found, along with calls and descriptions and answers to my questions. Turns out, no broken bolt. No need for an axle. They communicated with me about every step. Sent pictures. Were pleasant, straightforward and gave alternatives when appropriate. They gave me rides to/from home and I didn't even have to ask! They offered! Amazing!!! They pulled the fat out of the fire for me and I am soooo incredibly, over the top, off the charts THRILLED to have blindly stumbled into a nest of bright, honest, honorable people who actually seem to give a damn about their customers & the reputation of their business! Can't thank them enough! As long as they are open, they have my business & my praise for everything they have done!

Like a Buy Here Pay Here lot Quality…read more I bought a Jetta TDI from them & within one day I had an EGR code for the emission come on.... now I bought this car when they said it came straight from the factory for its modification, so they "did all necessary services so she's brand new". Day two off the lot, EGR starts to go: mileage drops & heat stops working. Tell me it's unrelated & I might get charged a diagnostic fee because of it.... I tell them this is fine, I know it's emissions related & part of the warranty, but they tell me to diagnose this it'll take 3-5 hours! That being said, under the warranty I'm entitled to a loaner & they tell me no! So I call them out on them & they magically say oh, never mind, we can get you a loaner, but this will only take an hour to diagnose it & we don't give out loaners for hour service jobs.... They lied to me out of the gate, delayed my service (by two weeks) because they didn't have time for a 5 hour diagnose, then had the nerve to ask me after why I waited so long if I was having these issues... If you buy from this dealership check every feature of your car before you drive off the lot, basic heat, power outlet, wiper etc. I wouldn't trust these people to own the issue afterwards, get you in for timely service or give you the warranties owed to you by VW unless you call them out on it!

TLDR- Amazing dealer, works with price, flexible on trade…read morein offers, easy pain free buying experience, respectful of your time pleasant and professional! I would like to start off by saying I HATE dealerships so believe when I say I'm still surprised I had such a pleasant experience here. As a woman it can be so difficult purchasing a vehicle, not once did I feel disrespected or talked down to when speaking with Nik. I perused at least 7-10 different places and even one more after leaving here and trust when I say you are in great hands when purchasing a vehicle from Jack Kain Ford. Nikolaus Venn is the absolute best car salesman I have encountered! I've lived in several other states and car buying is on my list of worst tasks, but Nik made it look effortless. He was generous on my trade in offer(always a plus) the vehicle itself was in IMMACULATE, pristine condition, and the safest one on the market. No issues other than needing an oil change (simple fix) I lost track of how many hoopties and lemons I had to look at from other dealers before I settled on this particular dealership+vehicle! If I had not been stubborn, set on checking out another vehicle, I could have left with my vehicle that day. Nik submitted everything over night and I was able to pick my vehicle up the next morning and Nik had it cleaned one more time! Max assisted me with the closing process and I was out in less than 15min and still made it in earlier than I expected to work. I can't think of a single negative experience and I will be more than glad to come buy a shiny new ST and truck from here and only here when I'm ready! Thanks again for such an incredible and painless buying experience! Lastly, definitely Nik Venn for 2025 best salesman.

We had an amazing experience at Greens Toyota of Lexington and I genuinely cannot recommend them…read moreenough. This was the first time my boyfriend and I had gone together to look at vehicles, and honestly we were extremely nervous going into it. Our previous vehicle turned into a nightmare and we spent months putting more money into repairs than the car was even worth, so this was a huge deal for us. From the moment we met Drew "The Car Dude" North, everything felt different. He genuinely made us feel comfortable, cared about, and understood throughout the entire process. He never once made us feel pressured or treated us like just another sale. He listened to every concern we had, answered every question honestly, and took the time to really talk with us instead of talking at us. You could tell he truly cared about helping us find the right vehicle and making sure we felt good about our decision. He was so personable and easy to talk to that it honestly felt like we had known him forever. We cracked jokes the whole time and somehow he turned what should have been a stressful experience into one that was actually exciting and enjoyable. That meant a lot to us considering how anxious we were walking in. We ended up getting a 2018 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid and we absolutely love it already. Drew even went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was ready for us that same day even though it had not been serviced or detailed yet. The amount of effort, patience, and care he put into everything truly stood out. Also huge thank you to Steve in finance. He was amazing to work with and helped make everything smooth, easy to understand, and stress free. The website was easy to use, the reviews were great, and after experiencing everything ourselves, I completely understand why people speak so highly of this dealership. Thank you all for making such an important moment in our lives feel exciting instead of overwhelming.
