The first incident with the house window was in the dead of winter, and they were kind enough to come out and give an estimate the same day, and had the window replaced within 2 days. This was highly appreciated given that I otherwise would have been stuck with plywood covering for lord knows how long during a cold february! The most recent vandalism incident resulted in the shattered garage window in addition to a shattered car windshield. Thankfully, glass doctors does both automotive and home glass repair, and they were my immediate second call after phoning police. This experience with glass doctors was no less exceptional. Wendy went above and beyond to help, setting up a three way call with my insurance company to make the windshield claim. Phil came to my home the very next day to replace the car windshield as it was not safe to drive. They had the garage window replaced within days as well. The quality of the workmanship is phenomenal. The owner Phil and all of the technicians i have interacted with from this location have been excellent. While the circumstances surrounding my need for this company's services have been less than ideal, I couldn't be happier with them. I highly recommend them to others, and they will continue to be my first call should I need them again in the future!

This time I brought in a rear windshield that was an after market piece, but it has a manual window on it which is why I wanted it. They installed it quickly and it was a flawless install. It's set perfect and there are no leaks after waiting 72 hours to dry then two trips to the carwash and a hose test, I water boarded the heck out of that window, no leaks anywhere and I tried to find even the littlest of one. Super happy I got the window and got the Rite people to install it. If you need auto glass work Rite Way will come to you or you can go to the shop, they will get you taken care of quicker than and considerably cheaper than the big national company even if they have to come to you. Low customer service and conflict resolution by the owner…read more My son dropped off me 2013 Ford Edge to Central KY Auto Glass on October 24, 2025 to install an ignition interlock device on the vehicle. This was a preferred installer in the area. The car was fully functioning upon arrival. A two day service. During the process, the owner that serviced the car damaged the electrical system in the vehicle. The car sat untouched for 4 weeks until my son pushed to get a resolution. At this point Central KY Auto Glass provided us a quote from Broadway Automall to repair the car. The owner who damaged the car said that the ignition vendor or we had to pay this repair because it was not his fault otherwise it would continue to sit unrepaired. At this point, it was evident that the owner was not going to take responsibility for his actions. We decided to relocate the vehicle to a competent service center. We emailed the owner that we were picking up the car and asked him to have it ready. The owner did nothing to prepare or aid in this pickup and actually made it more difficult. He would not speak to us when we arrived. I had to call the police to get them to release my car. Then I had to go to Broadway Automall to find, load, and trailer my car that was not in running condition. The car was completely torn apart with parts everywhere. It was repaired by an alternate service center of my choice. There were parts missing so I had to go to a junk yard to complete. Car is fully operational now. No thanks to Central KY Auto Glass. I contacted the owner to try to arrange reimbursement. He said it was not his problem and he hung up on me. Small claims, here we come! AVOID THIS EXPERIENCE!
