But I used to take my car in and expect to pay $500 and walk away spending $300. It was awesome. Now, I go in expecting to pay $300 and I end up spending $600. And their upselling doesn't feel great. It seems like they're not just being helpful. It honestly feels like the people on the phone are making a commission. I'm not saying that's what's going on, but it wasn't like this before. What happened? And the extras they're adding are incredibly expensive. If the thing I'm getting fixed costs $300, I don't want to be told you need these little things and it ends up being $600. Come on guys! I don't want to look for another mechanic, but I guess I better. So yeah, if you want it fixed, this is your place. But I would just absolutely say no when they start upselling you on things like an oil change, filters, tire rotations, etc...

I gave them a call and got an appointment within 14 days. Not only did they do a GREAT JOB, they also did a couple of things that they didn't have to do. For Example: Told me about a headlight that was making noise when on "high beam", (Dealer Problem) My wheels were not "Torqued" to specifications, as a matter of fact, they were 90 pounds off. Anyway, I was extremely pleased how the car looked when I picked it up. These guys are customer orientated, and the job they do, you will never use another body shop for repairs, ever again. Anyhow, I decided to find a new place that wouldn't charge me an astronomical amount of money; but also did a really good job. The first time I came, I mentioned the water spots. They took all day to finish the inside of my car and stated that if anything else showed up, to come back and they would take care of it right away. Nothing ever came back, and I was pleasantly pleased with their performance. The last time I came, I stated that my Mom had spilled her drink in the backseat and it was leaving a smell that messed with my allergies. Not only were they able to get that out, they cleaned the rest of my car with no dog hair left and the inside clean. This time there are slight water spots on the sides of my chairs; but it does not mean that they don't do a great job. The inside was so dirty that they needed pretty much all day to clean it thoroughly. All in all, I am very very well pleased; and I will always be coming back time and time again.
