Bluegrass was able to get me in the next day (everyone else was quoting me 3-4 weeks before they could even see me) and were extremely communicative the entire time my car was in the shop (a little over a month). I was freaking out on the phone after having this very logistically inconvenient accident and Wade was really helpful and calmed me and my worries when I first called them. I had to go home to Denver over the roughly 40-60 days they had my car and they communicated with me the whole time.
