If it was backordered, I should have been notified. Also, it makes no sense why I am being ignored. It's interesting how she commented that a manager would call me about the part (2 days ago), but no one has called yet.

I gave them a call and got an appointment within 14 days. Not only did they do a GREAT JOB, they also did a couple of things that they didn't have to do. For Example: Told me about a headlight that was making noise when on "high beam", (Dealer Problem) My wheels were not "Torqued" to specifications, as a matter of fact, they were 90 pounds off.
