The title had not been transferred yet, and despite the new owner information being filled out, they would not release the car to us since it wasn't officially in our name. 2 days later, 5/24, we went with the old owner to pick up the car, and now the pickup fee is somehow $800 despite them stating it was a $35 fee per day. How the heck did they come up with $275 more for our car staying in that lot an extra two days, supposedly at $35/day. It should have been max $595, even though that price alone was technically incorrect since we know for a fact they didn't pick up that car until the 14th. This place is run by scammers and Jessamine County should be ashamed to associate them and continue to use them for government matters.
