I looked up my rights before going up there to retrieve belongings, they were closed then & closed for the 4th of July weekend but still charged us for same day storage even though it's KY state law says they can't, (KRS 281.934(2)(c)) when I tried to make them aware of this they said "we can do whatever we want" so I've reported them to the attorney general! I was charged $315 for storage & tow even though they were closed and I couldn't retrieve the car. They absolutely take advantage of people, they charge what they want and I'm shocked the police department has a contract with such a shady business.
