His ETA was right on time, actually he had to wait for us and was patient and as friendly as he was over the phone. We called One Rate Towing and was told they'd be in the area in 30 minutes. Not even 20 minutes later we got a call he was in the area. After a few minutes, he jumped our battery quickly, gave some advice about the battery size for our car, and charged us what I consider a reasonable rate. About ten minutes later he called to see if we were fine, which was very much appreciated so as to avoid needing the services again. Would highly recommend for anyone in the Lexington area as you're going to get a great service from friendly personnel who really seem to care.
