After a few minutes, he jumped our battery quickly, gave some advice about the battery size for our car, and charged us what I consider a reasonable rate. I'd called just to get a tow to the Midas around the block, but he took some extra time to help diagnose what was wrong with the thing, made sure the Midas I wanted to go to was open, and made sure to actually drop the truck off where the Midas techs wanted it instead of just dumping it and me in the parking lot. While I was riding with him, I listened to him take a call from another customer, and when he didn't have the vehicle needed to help them, he was quick to recommend multiple services that could, so he's got no problem making sure the customer gets what they need. All in all, no complaints beyond *maybe* the price. Supposedly we could've gotten AAA out for ~25 bucks cheaper, but who knows when they would've shown up.
