I called the tow truck driver and told him I was able to get out. He said, no problem, but I had to contact Joe's for a refund. I asked him who he was, because I thought he worked for Joe's. The driver explained they are a company that sources work from trucks contracted in various areas. I asked him how much he would charge me if I had called his company directly. He told me they would charge me $200 for this service. I contacted Joe's and was initially told I wasnt getting a refund. I argued and the guy told me he would ask his boss and have his boss text me. Later that evening I received a refund in the amount of $201. They kept $250 for talking and texting two people for a total of less than 20 minutes. This third party company will scam you.
