I was told they ordered the correct part, and then they stopped answering my phone calls and messages. I was completely ghosted by the company after they took my money. I would not recommend this company. Edit: I have a text from the manager stating the part was shipped. This was April 4th, and now it is April 14th. If it was backordered, I should have been notified. Also, it makes no sense why I am being ignored. It's interesting how she commented that a manager would call me about the part (2 days ago), but no one has called yet.

I gave them a call and got an appointment within 14 days. Not only did they do a GREAT JOB, they also did a couple of things that they didn't have to do. For Example: Told me about a headlight that was making noise when on "high beam", (Dealer Problem) My wheels were not "Torqued" to specifications, as a matter of fact, they were 90 pounds off. I have no problems with the repairs that where done even though there were some flaws in there…read morework. They corrected them fast. But Nate did lie to me a couple times. I was told that my door needed to be replaced it was but he said I would get new door seals, I did not. I was told that he would have a third party to buff my vehicle and told me where it would go but I called them and they don't do that type of work. People just take your vehicles to the dealer and get it done.
