The repairs on the rear bumpers were excellent. The bumper on the Camry required replacement and that work was excellent. I could have submitted three separate reviews. I also had a rear trunk on the Camry that would not open. The Toyota dealer wanted $120 for diagnosis plus repair cost. Bluegrass completed the repair for $129 including the part replacement. This would be another five star rating. The facilities are clean and inviting.

Max, the owner, is the easiest person to work with, not to mention the nicest. He gets the job done super quickly (within 48 hours!) and communicates every step along the way. He even checked out something additional I asked about that wasn't included in the repair. I'm so thankful that men and businesses like Max and Tags still exist. Don Jacobs body shop did a TERRIBLE job refitting our door and quarter panels. The first time we picked it up, we noticed the drivers side window didnt roll up all of the way and the door latch had a strange 'click' and felt very 'off'. Also, the inside molding was covered in a black grease. We ended up taking the car back after they promised to 'make things right' after seeing my review. They did fix the windows but the door still doesn't fit flush with the other body panels and a few weeks later, the drivers window started having trouble sliding up. The plastic trim above the wheel well is starting to pop off like it was installed incorrectly. We have lost all confidence in this dealership and will purchase our vehicles where we can trust the service department.

Absolute terrible experience…read more We turned our car in at a recommendation of a friend. The repair was supposed to be done in 30 days - it took ~3 months. I originally gave Chris the benefit of the doubt, was patient, and agreed that their timeline was probably off due to the condition of the car after the wreck. However; after reviewing numerous texts and emails (documented) he not only gave false promises and deadlines followed by empty excuses but he also falsely claimed that "I spoke with the insurance company and I reassure you that you will be reimbursed for out of pocket rental expenses." - No documentation/evidence provided and both insurance companies provided that was not their SOP. We are out of pocket several thousand dollars for their delay (incurred from rental expenses) and the fact they did not properly fix our AC unit which is resulting in more incurred expenses. Do not consider - look elsewhere.
