One trying on tailored pants and saw his satisfaction with his body language and words of appreciation to the Tailor. I only had a few days before I left town for the wedding. Cruz Tailors said they would see and could do a rush order for an added fee. I came in paid and picked up in two days. Would come back and they really seem to know what they are doing. I can't say for sure price point wise if it's lower or higher but I believe it was very reasonable for what I needed as well as the speed. It's easy to find in the heart of the downtown area just a little away from the Main Streets. Street parking but there is a lot close by if you need to use it. Very convenient and right off the freeway. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I will say for bigger jobs you want to give them time and yourself. I took in a couple dresses and the nice lady at the front gave me a blank stare when I said I wanted to get them hemmed. She asked me if I knew how much I wanted to get hemmed and I said no, wouldn't you normally check to see how much I need to get hemmed once I have it on? And she said she was not the tailor and that she could only take my dresses if I knew how much I wanted hemmed. She said they don't have always have the tailor on site which was a bummer. I mean I technically could have measured it but it would have been good info to put on the Facebook video promoting the business that they do not always have a tailor on site. I'm still giving them 4 stars because the place was really nice and clean and the lady I spoke to was very polite. I'll update my review later on when I try out the actual dry cleaning services.
