Package the burger. By the burgers get home it is falling apart and very hard to Eat. The solution would wrap the burger and then put it in the box. I think the problem if this practice is done. My friend hired Luckey's Woodsman to cater for her husband's celebration of life party. The party was outdoors, which is their favorite place to cater. The food was delicious. Everything was hot and fresh and organized for people to load their plates. My wife and I both had burgers here and were very happy. Folks in the restaurant were super friendly. I had the truffle fries and she had their seasoned fries. She had the better pick. The seasoning was very tasty. We ate on their grass patio since we had a dog with us. It was a great experience. We will eat here again on our next trip. read more

We were in Sisters for the weekend and on our first afternoon I found this place on Yelp. I had one of the wraps and my husband had one of the burgers and they were super good! I also like the family-style seating and we ended up chatting it up with another local couple. We loved the food at Luckey's so much that we went back for lunch again on our way out of town. I would definitely recommend this place for lunch, the food is delicious, the cashier was friendly, the restaurant is cute--with lots of fun things to look at, and you might make a friend. read more

The food is delicious. I thought they would be a very meat focused restaurant but when I looked at the menu I was surprised with the vegan and vegetarian options. The sauce on the forager Hot plate was amazing normally the vinegar takes over but this was perfect and I loved the flavor of the mushrooms. We also got the Brutus salad. And it was amazing sauce and cashew parm, if you order both the rice is a good thing to add when munching. The service is good, They text you when the order is done and you buss your own table. This place was a pretty good spot to grab lunch while traveling through Sisters. It's about 1 block off the main historic street. There's no AC inside, although they do have lots of fans going. It was empty when we happened to hit it (Friday for lunch). I ordered the Wildfire Wrap with tempeh (LOVE that they have both meat and vegetarian options for a lot of the dishes) and my partner got the Backpacker's Delight burger. My partner said it was a solid burger. Delicious berry compote and cheese made it very tasty. The Wildfire wrap was SPICYYYYY (which is what I like!). I love spicy food and saw it had a little fire sign next to it on the menu. Generally most restaurants don't actually make stuff too spicy ---- just a heads up that this one is actually fire! Has some ghost pepper cheddar, roasted jalapeños, and a habañero aioli. It KICKS. It was delicious, unexpectedly spicy in a good way, and I had to take a break halfway through to let the spice calm down. So beware if you only foray into spice a little bit! Only thing I thought was odd was that the worker that took our order needed a phone number and my name to text me when our order was ready....in a dead empty restaurant. Kind of odd. Now I need to unsubscribe from texts most likely. I also wish we could have gotten the side of fries without so much seasoning. I love my seasonings and flavors, but this was too much. Wow. As a special, they have a hot cocoa mole taco which right off the bat sounds interesting so I had to give it a try. It is a must try in my book. The smokiness with chocolate, fall apart meat, and slight spiciness put this in a category my brain couldn't comprehend. Some bites with smokey and sweet chocolate reminded me of a s'more, and that sounds strange even to me but I will say it all made sense in that moment. It's December 27th and I'm still calling that my most interesting bite of the year. They're small but mighty. Gotta give it a go. read more

Almost immediately after walking in, a greeting was extended from behind the grill, nice! Although he was busy, he said he'd be right with us. It was our 1st time in, so we needed a few minutes anyway. Our orders were fresh, tasty & cooked to order. I had the Home Grown burger (medium rare) with truffle fries. The whiskey onions were delicious on the burger & the truffle fries were perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside & soft in the middle. This restaurant not only has amazing food, the service for catering is impeccable. They catered a wedding rehearsal dinner & Jackson, the Owner, had excellent communication with us & was super flexible w the menu & pricing. Our event was at Pole Creek Ranch in Sisters & we're from Salem. He went to the venue beforehand & made sure his team knew exactly how things should be set up & 2 of his top employees set up & monitored the buffet the entire time. This is our favorite place in Sisters. We have been here many times and have loved everything. The crunchwrap burger is one of my favorites but I've liked it all so far. I really appreciate that there is an online ordering option for quick pick up! And that breakfast burritos are served all day. Burritos are big and nicely priced as well. And while we didn't engage in any conversation with him, our favorite part may have been listening to the owner, Jackson, share his personal insight and local perspectives - as a native of the region - with inquiring customers. TOTAL local feel, and 100% I will visit again when back in or through Sisters. One of the best burgers that I have ever had. I have the Woodsman burger with truffle fries and pesto aioli. All were outstanding. My wife wanted something spicy and opted for the Munch Wrap Supreme. Had really good heat without overshadowing the burger. Service was quick and attentive. The environment fit the vibe of the restaurant. This is our new favorite lunch spot in Sisters. Living only about an hour away, we will be back very soon. Total cost for 2 adults, fries and non-alcoholic beverages was around $55 dollars before tip. read more

Several friends have been raving about Luckey's Woodsman, and particularly about their nachos. My wife and I finally tried it today and it did not disappoint. Sooo good! The nachos were amazing, but more like mountain outdoor nachos than Mexican. We also shared a bacon cheeseburger, which was delicious. Everything was kinda thrown onto a small plate which was fine but just didn't seem to be as appealing. $6 for tiny tiny sides maybe 3 bites worth. The service was decent but not anything spectacular.
