The waffle we got was fresh and slightly crisp on the outside and a little chewy inside, and it was fresh. The berries and the chocolate sauce and honey on top were good, and the greek yogurt was a nice alternative to whipped cream. It was good but not amazing and it was little on the expensive side. If you have a waffle iron at home and berries at home, you can probably make something similar at home. Get a flavor that you can't recreate at home or skip this altogether and get something else at Maltby Market.

True masters of their craft, each element of the dish was absolute perfection, the waffle was just right, slightly chewy with just enough crust.
