Will not be ordering appliances from Lowe's in the future. Would also not recommend ordering from them to any one else. Was supposed to have a washer and dryer delivered on Thursday, September 22nd. Only the washer was delivered. I was told by the delivery person that it was out of stock and I would need to call the store to set up delivery for the dryer even though it was in stock when I ordered it and was already set for delivery. Delivery person was very short and abrupt in his speaking to me. Called Lowe's to set up dryer delivery. Only after being transferred multiple times and hung up on multiple times. When you're calling in or placed on hold for longer than five to ten minutes the line just disconnects and hangs up on you. Was told the dryer would be delivered on Monday the 26th by the delivery coordinator, Rachel. Received no call about delivery window on day of, so decided to call in to Lowe's again to make sure it was coming. Was transferred through multiple departments and managers only to find out that I was not scheduled for a delivery. Spoke to a manager, Josh, multiple times. He assured me he had the situation figured out and that the dryer would be delivered Tuesday September 27th. Received a call Tuesday morning from Dan that the dryer would not be coming until Friday September 30th. I'm not understanding why I am told a certain date only to have to call in and find out it's incorrect and ends up being pushed back. I am very frustrated with the entire experience through Lowes. read more

This place has the worst customer service, you can never get anyone to help you and every time I go in there, the employees are all gathered around and visiting. The employees are really rude. There is only one employee that was ever helpful to me and that is the guy who runs the kitchen area. read more

WORST experience over the last 30 years of renovating 7 different homes. We had countertops installed NINE months ago and ended up getting a hole cut into them where there wasn't supposed to be one, mismatched slabs, cracks, fat seams, an oversized slab that took over a half inch of CAULK to fill in the gap between the wall and the granite. They have been no shows for calls, install, etc Been working with a Dianna Lobo from the Countertop Factory and a Jerome Torres from Lowes (his manger refused to speak with us. Have you EVER heard of such a thing???) and they have cancelled this replacement but not until after They were a NO SHOW for a conference call. No one calls you back... even though they Have an official report from the company that states they need to be replaced. Stay as far away from this business as possible. read more

Seriously what a joke. Sunday morning place was really busy no registers open. One cashier in the lawn and garden and the line was five deep at least decided to go to self checkout which I hate but we did t want to wait in a long line outside. I tried to use my Lowe's military discount wouldn't work young employee female was worthless and didn't seem to k ow how to override it. We left self checkout and went back to the ow six deep lawn and garden. We left our items and went to Home Depot. Looks like there is a management problem here. read more

I want to start off with saying my experience with Kali was HORRIBLE, however Joan and Karolyn were amazing and saved the day!!! I was there the other week looking for 2 bags of orchid bark which I had pulled up on my phone with the aisle number and quantity in stock ready to get help to find. Kali "helped" me. By that I mean she took me to the section where it would be only to show me the empty spot on the rack. Her response was "oh looks like we are out", I told her that online it shows they have 7 bags and she says "maybe someone bought them all".....really? Someone just bought all 7 bags of orchid bark in the last five minutes, like seriously?! She did not make the slightest effort to look for the missing bags. She literally just left me standing there empty handed. Did not offer to help me in any other way. What if I was looking for something else? Since she was no help at all, I approached Joan to ask for assistance while my mom was waiting for Karolyn to free up from another customer. I explained to Joan how awful Kali was and how she did not help me at all. Joan was incredibly helpful and kind. At this point Karolyn had freed up and my mom was getting help from her to also search for the orchid bark. Karolyn was able to track down a shipment box of the 7 bags of orchid bark and provide me with the 2 bags I needed. It wasn't even about the items as this point, I had explained to Joan that I had worked in retail for 5 years and that the customer service I received from Kali was awful. That there was just no attempt to help me or make sure I left as a satisfied customer. Luckily Joan and Karolyn not only made up for Kali's terrible service with their great personalities and great attitude but also their great customer service to make sure I left happy and with the items I came looking for. I will only come to this Lowe's when Joan and/or Karolyn are working! read more

If I could give them zero stars, I would. We bought a light up LED Christmas light for our front yard. We purchased it on November 11th and on Christmas eve, it had stopped working. We did not notice that it was dead until we had gotten home from our family dinner at 9 p.m. so obviously too late to take back to the Lowes on Higley Rd. and Queen Creek in Gilbert AZ. We tried returning it or even exchanging it for store as it was broken and my husband was unable to get it working again. We were told that "no returns/store credits for holiday items" and "thats their policy- has been for years" (like we were supposed to KNOW this prior to this) - even if they stopped working. But the store manager did ask if we had purchased it on our Lowe's card because then maybe he could have done something about it (which we had not done). So he would help us out only if we had used the store credit card - total B.S. So basically we paid $160.00 + for a piece of crap Xmas decoration that we were only able to use for six weeks. We will not be shopping here anymore, will be canceling the Lowe's credit cards that we do have, and will share this experience with everyone. Crappy customer service, crappy store policies for defective items. read more

This store has an upper management issue. There are some great employees in the garden section, and commercial check out, but the CSM's and Managers can be rude. Last night, I found a faucet on sale for $80 and they claimed the SKU number belonged to a bag of screws. Original price for the faucet was $149 and it was in the clearance section, priced at $80. I know who the bag of screws are... Go to Home Depot in Queen Creek and avoid a hassle. I was greeted by several associates in the first 5 minutes of being in Home Depot, even though it was 9:45 pm and they were willing to help me find the parts I needed and even told me how to complete the job like a pro. Lowe's needs some Improvement and I hope to update this review, when they do. read more

I have had to take a few days to calm down. To make a long story short my husband and I went to pick up a few things. At check out a guy came in and was going to return some sod for the garden. He tells me it had bugs.. "stop the bus", we are buying that same stuff, I turned to the cashier and said I no longer wanted it to refund it. And my husband pick up some other garden potting mix. Two days later I am checking my credit card and I never got my refund for the return. Went to the customer service two days in a row and they didn't do a thing. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE.... HOME DEPOT YOU ARE MUCH BETTER AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

Have been going here for sometime. The lines are always short and the workers are plentiful and friendly. I had an issue with a delivery and the manager handled it appropriately and professionally. I have placed an order over the phone as well that went smoothly. Tip: Remember to get your 10% off coupon from the post office change of address form. All items I ever need are always in stock and priced reasonably. I will be back often as usual! read more

I bought a grill over the weekend and was offered to have my grill built at the store. When I went to pay for it and asked how long it would take, I was told "only a couple of days." It's been a week and when I called the store to check on the status of pick up. It still was not put together and ready got pick up. If I had known it would have taken this long I would have brought it home the day I purchased and paid for it and put tried to put it together myself. And probably enjoying it too! Very disappointed with Lowes and they will not be getting my business anymore. The best advertisement is word of mouth. read more

Horrible product knowledge and customer service....If you have questions for the paint department there is 1...and only 1 supervisor who knows what they're doing and if she's not there you are s.o.l...save yourself the aggravation and don't bother with this place! I've never encountered a store that blocks the ability to drive behind it like this. i thought I was being careful while towing a trailer by avoiding driving through the parking lit. Big mistake. The throughway behind the store is gated shut and there is insufficient room to back out or maneuver. The store is closed and I'm literally stuck in a fire lane with nowhere to go. A sign would have been nice, like back where there was space to turn around. read more

This is Lowe's. You know what you get here. This Lowe's is fine. Their garden center (where we were) has mulch and plants and all the stuff you would expect. The employees are friendly, but hit or miss in terms of knowledge. This is really true of Home Depot too, but it seems Home Depot's people are usually more knowledgeable. But if you know what you want, it doesn't matter. In my opinion Lowe's also has a lot more floor space dedicated to decor. That's why it's often called the "lady's hardware store", and I think that's right. Which is not "bad", it's just "different". I tend to prefer Home Depot for my irrigation supplies (we do a lot of gardening) and most tools, but I have bought a few tools at Lowe's (a crescent wrench is a crescent wrench, and both offer lifetime warranties). For soils and plants, and decor items and some tools, Lowe's is fine and this Lowe's is a nice one. read more

Terrible! The store manager should be embarrassed the he or she runs this place. No one anywhere to help, the aisles are a mess, when you do find someone to ask for help the response is "not my department!" Folks go somewhere else but here! read more

Clean store. Staff was helpful when we needed it (and not pushy). Selection was great- we were shopping for kitchen tile back splash options. Also perused the lighting area- lots of choices there and a little overwhelming. I tend to prefer Lowes over HD because the staff doesn't seem to "judge" as much with the less experienced fixer uppers. That's just my experience though. This location sits on a corner lot and is the primary marketplace, there's a great burger/dog restaurant in the same plaza... check it out if you're hungry. I didn't see that this location had a hot dog stand as some do. Parking is plentiful, and the garden section is really nice here. I feel like this spot might be a little less frequented as the inventory is great. Many choices in all areas. read more

Man, I was all gong ho for lowes cause they were letting people in. Now i drive by today and there is a 50 person line outside. We live in ARIZONA!!! Its 100 degrees outside. U want me to wait outside for 30-45 min in 100 degree weather. Get bent. U know what I did? Pulled out of the parking lot and drove over to Ace Hardware a few miles away. May have paid a buck or two more but who cares. Very disappointing they followed the home depot lead on this one. Next time ill hit ace hardware first. Its actually closer. read more

They came to my house to measure for 2 doors. I was told someone would contact me in a couple of days. It's been over a week and I still haven't heard from them. The person who answered my call to get me to the door department actually told me I should go with home depot. read more

By far, the worst business for customer care. This is not directed at store employees who have absolutely zero responsibility for what happened to me. Ordered online, a bathroom vanity to be delivered to our new home which is in the midst of some serious remodeling. Online purchase was confirmed and delivery date was confirmed by 2 different emails to me for 01/24/24 Wednesday. Late Tuesday afternoon got a call from the third party vendor Lowes contracts with for delivery service TELLING me delivery options are Thursday or Saturday. WAS not asked I WAS told. Neither day works due to remodel going on. The best, I called corporate CUSTOMER CARE...what a mistake. Spoke with first person for 5 minutes who put me on hold to gather solutions to the issue. She passed me up the chain to Xazier who was completely useless and attempted multiple times to have me contact the store directly. That is Customer Service by the Lowes Corporate Customer Care Team dedicated to resolving issues like this. It is INSULTING to think Lowes does not have a clue what their third party vendor does or does not due nor cares how their customers are treated AFTER LOWES has been paid. This entire problem resonated at the Gilbert,Arizona store located at Warner/Gilbert. NEVER ever will I ever purchase or recommend anyone to LOWES. read more

NEVER PLACE A LARGE ORDER OR INSTALLATION ORDER WITH THIS STORE My experience with this store was probably the worst customer service experience of my life. I actually spent 30 + hours on the phone with various Lowe's representatives, only to end up canceling because they were completely incapable of completing the order. I ordered a shed for $3,000 over 5 weeks ago. 5 weeks later Lowe's had failed to process the order and it would be an additional 8 weeks once it was processed to install. After 3 weeks I called Lowe's to find out what was going on with my order. Only to find out it had been sent back by the manufacturer. Lowe's did not inform me of this and instead left my $3000 order in limbo with no intention of letting me know. After spending 30 hours (Not an exaggeration), over the following 2 1/2 weeks calling the shed manufacturer and 10-20 Lowe's representatives. I essentially got no where and eventually was forced to cancel. The store Manager Mark C was very unhelpful. He seemed bothered by the call and came off as very dismissive. After explaining the situation he seemed annoyed that I was bothering him with this. He agreed to call me back that day with an update but never called me back. Logan the head cashier at this store was the only person who took initiative and follow through during this whole mess, he really tried to help and was empathetic. I do believe he actually cared about the customer experience but didn't have managers standing behind him who cared about customer service. All in all, I would highly discourage anyone from doing an installation order with this store and I will be taking my business to home depot. read more

I would have given zero stars, but that wasn't an option. I visited Lowes on a Sunday in the market for a front door. I have company visiting and wanted to have a new door before their arrival. I looked at doors for 30 minutes by myself without any sales person approaching me. Went to the door/window desk for help and the person behind the desk made me wait while he finished his 5-minute personal conversation, visibly irritated that I'd interrupted. He told me that someone could be at my place to measure my door the next week and asked if I wanted Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. I said the soonest as possible, which was Wednesday. I also told him I was anxious and if there were any cancellations that I'd be very interested in having someone come sooner. Fast forward to the next Wednesday and no one showed. I called the store and they said that I had scheduled it for a week from Wednesday, but that is not at all what the store person had told me. I did notice that morning when I was at the store that there were far fewer people at Lowes than at Home Depot and now I know why. read more

After having Lowes perform and purchase well over $20,000. In products and services I am ready to move on to home depot and other stores. After purchasing carpet for my master bedroom and closet it started normal wait for the measurements, then get the carpet ordered and Wait for installation. I get on the schedule. The day comes, we have boxed up and moved most out of the room. The installer ( 20-21 yr old) comes in and soon after says it was measured wrong 1 inch went into the bathroom. He said they need one inch wider carpet. I said i want it right and he and his extremely you (13-14yrs) helper leave. A neighbor in the business i talked to came and looked. He said they definitely should be able to install the carpet. The problem began when calling lowes, i continually asked over the next week please have someone call me (5 calls later) no calls. They (the installers) never remeasured. I was living out of boxes. No one could/would tell me what was going on. So dont expect customer service from Lowes, they have gotten to big and have lots of customers. Soon I expect they will be going the way of Sears! Customer no service apparently their new motto. I cancelled 2 days ago still no concerned call! read more

I shop here often as I live a mile away. Shopping retail here seems fine, never had any issues. However, we recently had their blinds department come out to measure for new blinds. We used them when we first moved in about 10 years ago and they did a great job. Not so much this time, they came and measured about two weeks ago and told me I would hear from them in a few days. That was over two weeks ago. Based on the size/number of our blinds, I estimate we would have ordered about 3k worth of blinds. I guess that is not enough to be worth their time. read more

Ordered a new range 1-31-2022. Was told there was one in the warehouse. A few weeks later I get a call from delivery service, set up a day, "we will call you the night before with delivery window". Guess what?-yep no call, no show, no stove. Happened 3 times. Called the store and was told stove won't even be in store until beginning of May. I was cool with waiting but NOT cool with delivery service jerking us around-missing work for delivery that never happened. Fast forward to May-called Kyle in appliances, yep stove is here-yeah! Get a call from delivery-arrange delivery for May 20. "We will call you the night before with delivery time window". And guess what- NO CALL. At this point I paid $1200 for a stove I may never get. Every call to Lowes is at least an hour being on hold, being transferred, being disconnected. What a bunch of bullshit. I am editing my review-NOT for Lowes because they were a huge disappointment. Even the gas conversion kit they sold me had parts missing. The review edit is because the installer that did show up today with my stove was so amazing and thorough. Thanks CRST for sending Jalen (I think) out to Queen Creek. He was an excellent representative for your company! read more

Lowe's has not fixed my washing machine for 2 months. What a helpful company during these tough times. They sent me a loaner until they could issue me store credit which takes two weeks? I was reminded today by a wonderful lowes employee, why we shop at Home Depot and never come to Lowes. My daughter and I went to look at patio sets for our new home. We found one we loved and sat down on the chair. One of the employees came over and said," you cant be sitting on those, per our corporate policy." Talk about rude; there we no signs to advise us of this "policy." Needless to say, we left and wont be back. If this is indeed the policy, you may want to put signage AND teach your employees how to treat customers. It's amazing how employees are treating paying customers during this time. Home depot for the win and we are happy with the fantastic service we got there ( at home depot); we were also allowed to sit on our new patio set after they kindly sanitized it! I would give them a big fat ZERO if I could!!! I purchased a new dishwasher on their website and no-where in my transaction did it indicate that I needed to add installation. So, stupid me assumed it would be installed. So I have had the unit sitting on my floor now for a week and I have contacted Lowe's via their website and tried two separate times to schedule installation. But no-one called. So I called the Installation Department who could not find any information and transferred me to a store. The store indicated they couldn't help as they were not the Installation Department and provided me with the same number I had just called for the Installation Department. I called the Installation Department again and they said they couldn't help me as I never paid for an installation and offered to transfer me back to a store. ARE YOU 'FING' KIDDING ME? Lowe's customer service is better than it's major competitors, but one person at Lowe's #2808 stands above the rest: Fernando. I wrestled with a situation for well over 2 hours, finally went to Lowe's. Their guy in tools told me of tools that might solve my problem (almost $30 for something that might work). I looked around, stewing in my frustration, when I spotted Fernando walking down an aisle. Unlike so many others - even at Lowe's ' he didn't walk the other direction when I tried to make eye contact. I explained my problem and took ownership when he could handle it himself, he walked bag to his station and used a very simple tool to solve my problem. If I'd had $20 I would have gladly given him a tip but, since I didn't, I expressed my deep appreciation and thought to myself that if everyone at Lowe's got invested in a customer's problem like Fernando did, then customer satisfaction when doing business in a retail operation would be off the charts. What Fernando couldn't have known was that I'd had an extremely tough morning that day so, in very real terms, he "saved the day." Thanks, Fernando. read more
