My fiancé's AC stopped working during extreme Arizona heat, and OneGuard scheduled Airamedics for Monday. With a OneGuard representative still on the line, I called Airamedics only to ask whether they had experienced any cancellations or could possibly come sooner. Mark said nothing was available, so I calmly told OneGuard to leave the Monday appointment as scheduled. I did not curse, threaten, demand service, or berate anyone. Shortly afterward, I learned that Airamedics would no longer handle the service request because Mark claimed I had berated him. The call was recorded, and I have formally requested that OneGuard preserve and review the complete recording. Airamedics also blocked both phone numbers used to contact them, which made their response feel even more unprofessional and unnecessarily hostile. Given how quickly a simple scheduling question was turned into an accusation and followed by the company declining the assignment and blocking communication, it left me with the strong impression that they were looking for a reason not to accept this home-warranty job. I cannot comment on their technical work because they never came to the property, but this interaction caused unnecessary stress and delay during an already urgent situation. If a company does not want to accept home-warranty work, it should simply decline the assignment not mischaracterize a customer's conduct and then block further communication.

We are grateful for the work he does, how knowledgable he is, how quickly he's able to resolve our cooling problems, and how easy it is to understand what he's doing. It's nice being walked through what's happening. This is a locally owned, family business, so there is also the satisfaction knowing that you're working with people in your community. The second service found that I was 2.5 lbs low on refrigerant. The problem is that Cool Days said they added refrigerant when they came out. There was no leak, so that means Dan actually stole refrigerant from my unit. After 30 years I had to find a new A/C company. Very sad.

A few months later my AC went out in the middle of the summer. Reliable responded quickly and got someone to my house the same day I called. When the technician arrived, I was so stoked to see that once again it was Sam. Having a rapport with the technician definitely added to my trust that this repair was going to be done correctly. Sam is a pro and got the work done within 20 or so minutes and my house was back to cooling. Afterwards, he kindly explained what was wrong and how he repaired it. I trust Sam and Reliable with any and all of my AC needs. In the future if I call them, I'll request that Sam come to my house. I freakin love that guy and the way he carries himself.

I had a 5 star review of for these guys for YEARS, but they have changed, and not for the better…read more We used them to service our units since 2017. They were honest and upstanding and I recommended them to EVERYONE. That Angel Air is GONE. The last 3 years in a row we were on a contract, and every single time they came by to service our units, something would break the next day. I let it go the first and second time, thinking maybe it was just a fluke. Then we had them inspect a unit in a house we were looking at buying. After the inspection the AC at THAT house also broke. We found that the tech had TAPED the sides back on the air control box instead of using the screws, and the tape had come off, causing the side to fall into the attic and the AC to stop working. This was the final straw and we cancelled the annual service. They have shoddy workmanship, and they do not stand behind it. Finally, a capacitor failed on my fan motor. I checked the invoices and they had replaced it exactly one year prior, so it was still under warranty. I was already done working with them because of the previous poor service, but realizing that this SHOULD be a free replacement for a part under warranty, I gave them one final call. They flat out refused to come look at the part without charging me for a full service call. They refused all offers of me bringing them the failed part to swap for a working one. Everything that used to make this company a 5 star business is gone. They are greedy, corrupt, miserly, and they do not stand behind their parts or service. As a former long term customer, I urge you to avoid them at all costs.
