Deceitful and Unethical . I encountered (5) issues with the Frigidaire refrigerator a FEW days after delivery date of 08/02/25. The refrigerator is extremely loud, the ice maker does not work, the freezer section does not work, the refrigerator section freeze items in the bottom drawer, the refrigerator section is not cooling, the high temp light is on and the Frigidaire constantly beeps which is irritating and stressful to my 81year old mother and myself. A new refrigerator does not have multiple issues. This refrigerator is a lemon and should be fully covered by the "Lemon Law" because it's not operating after 10days of usage. This model FRSS26L3AF Serial number 4A52922502 was discontinued and recalled due to issues with the ice maker and other issues related to this model. I was not aware of this during the purchased. I am requesting a new refrigerator replacement of a different model. Lowe's representative said the refrigerator was non-returnable because I purchased the refrigerator using my credit card. Lowes sold a non-operational refrigerator as new, which should be illegal. The Frigidaire is not in new working condition. I filed a complaint with the BBB and will file another complaint with the Consumer Protection. The warranty company arrived today to repair the Frigidaire and the tech was not able to repair the Frigidaire. Another tech will come out Thursday. This is unfair, unjust, unethical and very deceitful. I'm requesting a replacement refrigerator immediately. I specifically choose Lowe's, thinking I could trust the condition of the appliance; thinking it would last. The Frigidaire broke down and not working 10 days after the delivery date. I have a refrigerator that's not working. All of my items are in a cooler with ice which is ridiculous. The Frigidaire 'red high temp indicator ' beeps throughout the night keeping my 81 year old mom up. I paid for a new Frigidaire. I am requesting for a new working refrigerator replacement today. We purchased a washer from Lowe's two years ago and started experiencing an issue 3 weeks ago. A service person came out to look at it and informed us that the actuator was broken. The repair was covered under warranty and we were told by Lowe's contractor, Best Electronics, that it would take 7-10 business days for the part to arrive with a scheduled 8/19 arrival. Today, we were informed that the part will now arrive on 8/27. Almost one month from when the service repair person came out. This had been a major inconvenience. We have been without an essential household appliance for almost a month and have had to rely on family members and the local laundromat to wash our clothes. Lowe's was not helpful AT ALL in assisting us with this process and the warranty we purchased was useless and absolute GARBAGE!! read more

WORST LOCATION EVER!! Avoid at ALL costs! I called this location with a simple question which was do you have countertop laminate in store. I was placed on hold the first time I called for 15 minutes, eventually I hung up. I decided to give it another shot and called back again, in which I sat on hold for 30 minutes. Only for someone to answer the phone and say that they were not sure if what I had requested was in stock. I was so frustrated I didn't ask to speak to someone in the cabinet department. I sat on hold again for another 10 to 15 minutes before I was able to reach Josh in cabinets who confirmed that they did have the countertop laminate in stock. Total waste of time and I would never purchase anything from this Lowe's I ended up going to Home Depot avoid this location at all cost. UPDATE: so I get to the location and get to speak with Josh and the very first thing out of his mouth once I tell him what I'm looking for is that they in fact do not have what I was calling about in stock. So now I am out of about an hour on hold, GAS(WHICH IS $6 A GALLON RIGHT NOW) that I spent to travel to the location, and total frustration of having to deal with this nonsense. Spoke with the store manager and the only thing she could say to me was "well we can order it online".Bottom line, stay away from this location. I can't stand shopping at Lowe's. If your receipt is 30 days old you cannot bring back your items. I purchased pair of blinds that I didn't open to put up until months later. The Lowes in Conyers has some of the worst associates ever! I've shopped at other Lowes in the surrounding area and so far, never experienced the problems that I have at this store. You can never get any assistance here, and if you're lucky enough to find an available employee, they're either not knowledgeable of the product that you want or quick to tell you that's not their department and won't offer another solution like finding someone who would know! It's awful to have employees who dislike their jobs, working in customer service which is pretty much all retail associates do! You know it's rough when an associate tells you "I'm not going to get into a pissing contest with you" when she tried to ring up an item I had already paid for online! If I could give them a zero star I would. I have been to 3 different Lowe's locations looking to have glass cut. Each one - including this one says the same thing - they have the size I need. When I went in store I asked an employee where the cutters were located and she pointed to the back. I asked her to tell me specifically where to go besides pointing. She huffed and puffed (REALLY?!!) and finally called someone to get an exact location. I waited over 5 mins at the glass cutting area after pressing the help button. My name is Donna WXXX. I purchased a Pella Sliding Door from Lowes in Conyers, Georgia in April of 2022. The chain of events is listed below: 1. Went to the store on April 25 and picked out a door I liked. That was the easy part. Everything from there went downhill. 2. The store set me up to have someone come out and measure my door. Never heard from the gentleman until the last week in May. Had to go back into the store to let them know no one has contacted me. 3. Finally, hear from Greg XXXXX (5/25/2022) he sets a date to come to measure my door. 4. The date came (6/1/2022), he measured my door at that point he advised me I cannot purchase the door I originally picked out at the store because I need something more custom. Suggested I go with a Pella door, it was more expensive but since he is a professional I went with his suggestion. 5. Greg finally returns my many of numerous emails on 6/7/2022 to purchase the door. At that point, I paid for the door but never received an installation date. 6. On 6/14/2022 I emailed Greg once again. He stated an install date cannot be supplied until the product is in the store. Couldn't even give me an estimate. 7. On 6/17/2022 after numerous emails and calls. Someone from installation told me my door won't be available until 11/15/2022. If I would have been made aware of the ETA I would have done something different. The wonderful lady at Lowes Installation Customer Service told me I would have to talk to a store manager to cancel my order. I didn't want to go through the hassle so I said I will just wait. 8. On 10/14/2022 received a call from the Install Group and we set a date for 10/19/2022. Install went great! 9. When going to install the screen door that comes with the door, it was the wrong size. Here we go AGAIN! 10. The installer never contacted the store about the error. I had to...... 11. Was told I had to wait 2-3 weeks to get the right size door. 12. Received a call my screen was in and the installer was coming to install it. 13. The installer comes with the screen, with no hardware (handle, screws, and/or bolts). So to date, I still have an incomplete Sliding Glass Door and I'm not happy. I have never experienced this level of unconcern. I call and call and call everyone puts me on hold. No one stops to resolve the problem they just push you on to the next person. How horrible.! I will never purchase another install from Lowes. When I call I stay on hold, sometimes for as long as an hour. I have talked to the store manager and have not heard anything else. read more

We're working on an outside project and Lowes had the cheapest prices for what we needed. Great! Then two of our three trips we waited over 45 minutes in line both times! The store is always clean and organized, the shelves are well stocked, the items all have prices on the shelves, and the aisles have signs to help you find exactly what you are looking for. The service at this Lowe's location is horrible. I am trying to schedule an installation. After several attempts to contact the Lowe's employee by phone and in store visit, I finally spoke with a representative and was approved to order a door that would work for my project. I ordered the door and now have made phone calls and store visits for 3 days trying to get someone to accept my installation payment and place me on the schedule with the installer. No one seems to have any information or can accept my payment. This is very poor customer service for someone who is trying to spend money with you. Stop saying that you value my business. read more

So I ordered a Whirlpool washer and dryer from Lowes Conyers, Georgia. I got a scheduled delivery date and time of April 1, 2023, between 8 am -12 pm. When the appliances didn't get delivered at 12 pm, I got no notice no email, or call. I figured I would log into my Lowes account to see if there was an update there was a message they were delayed in delivering my appliances and my new delivery time was between 12 pm - 4 pm. Well at the time of this review, it was approximately 630 pm, and no washer and dryer has been delivered. I called the store and that was useless, the person that answered the call had no clue and could only transfer me to deliveries. That was a waste of time because no one answers the phone. I tried the online customer service number and while the rep was professional she could not help since her only option was to call the store as I did. She got the same barriers I did, an employee that was clueless and a delivery section that didn't answer the phone. So here I 'am on a Saturday for at least 9 hours waiting on a Washer and Dryer that is obvious;y not coming, I'm out $1100 dollars but most importantly I lost time on a Saturday that I will never get back. I don't know where the gap is in the Lowes business process that makes things like this happen but this is unsatisfactory. Lowes, I need my money back plus since I can't get my time back. read more

After giving this location five stars on the day I visited 12/16/2022 I can safely say that after this fiasco they have lost my business. Didn't find the ijoy wave ear buds in store so I decided to order two online since they are listed at $20 ea. Total came to $48 and some change with taxes and I charged them to my Visa card. On 12/17/2022 (next day) I received a call from Lowe's delivery that they were on the way. Driver arrives at 10:29 with one package at which time I state that two were ordered, he looked at his paperwork and said yeah that's what it has on here maybe they will come on another shipment because they may have come from a different store, and he stated that this happens sometimes. Later in the afternoon I check my card statement and I have been charged a total of $163.62. I call Lowe's customer service and Ebony tells me that there was $79 plus delivery charge. When I completed the order transaction the only charge, I saw totaled $48 and some change including taxes. Insane that I would pay 4 times the cost of the product to ship it. These people are the epitome of crooks, flat out thieves, and I will be filing a police report against this company. My wife placed an order online for a LG Dishwasher on 7/19/2021 along with accessories to install the dishwasher total order $964.  She received an email later that same day advising that the order was canceled due to the item not being in stock and wouldn't be available until 11/2021. We then placed an order with Best Buy for a dishwasher that was more expensive but in stock and could deliver the following week.  Five days go by and mysteriously we get a text from Lowes stating that our order was schedule to deliver the next day. This triggered me to place a call to the store inquiring what could they be delivering.  I spoke with Montaythe store manager and he confirmed that the order was originally to ship from his store, but my order was canceled. The text came from their 3rd party delivery company that hasn't synced up with Lowes internal system and they will NOT be delivering anything to my house.  I advised the funds are still pending on my account and he confirmed it would drop off because the order would not ship out. The next day here comes Lowes delivery trying to deliver a dishwasher. We refused the order because #1 Lowes canceled our order; and #2 we already had a dishwasher from Best Buy. I called Lowes Corporate office and filed a complaint with Pandora, she was able to pull up my order and see it was canceled and generated a case # 02033175. She then had me hold on the phone for 30 long minutes while she spoke with the Manager at the Lowes Conyers Ga store. Pandora (the rep name) advised this store would ensure my money was not taken from my account and that any pending charges would be reversed. I then called the Conyers Ga store and spoke with Ayesha another store manager that confirmed that once the delivery truck returned, they will make sure the charge is dropped off.  10 days later they have not only taken my money,but I've called several times and can't get any managers back on the phone.  I've called and asked for Montay and/or Ayesha and neither one of them are ever available.  In addition, I have reached back out to Lowes corporate office and they are not picking up the phone. I have numerous home projects, but I will NO LONGER SHOP WITH LOWES.  I want my money back in my account TODAY and this review will be posted online as public disclosure to warn all that shop the Lowes store in Conyers Georgia what type of organization this is and management team they have and the inconvenience they caused me as a customer and their unprofessional performance.  This is a notice as well for the Corporate office as they should have ensured that this was resolved without me having to place repeated calls and they support this bad behavior in their local stores. read more

I went to the store to order cinder blocks. I needed 25 and 25 caps. I asked for assistance since my back has issues. An attendant politely said they would get someone. 20 minutes later another attendant said the same thing. 20 minutes after that I went to the register and the cashier told me to buy them and pull the truck around and she would get someone to load them. I purchased them and waited for an hour. Finally the Lowes assistant came to help me, but then said he could only help if i was buying the whole pallet. I had to load them myself. They will look straight at you and walk off. I found a small child playing on an unattended fork lift. The key had been left in it and no employees were anywhere near the department to monitor the safety. Two black employees ignored a white customer and just turned their backs and walked off leaving him standing in their department. The racism is so blatant it borders a violation of civil rights. We ordered a fridge simply based on how quickly we could get it delivered, since our old one was completely dead, and the delivery team showed up and said they would have to take the doors off the fridge to get it in the house, and they would not do that. We gave them the alternative of taking it through the living room up about 8 steps. They would not do that either, and told us we needed a 4-man team to come back to get it in the house. I was going to just put this store on my S*** list, but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. In April we bought our Fridge from them and was told they will deliver by the weekend, we even received a confirmation phone call to tell us the times they were coming, the weekend came and went, but no fridge and no phone calls to say why they did not show up. We called the delivery number but was told that the store did not have a fridge for us to be delivered. My husband and I went back to the store to see what had happened. Spoke to the clerk but was not sure why it was not delivered, spoke to the manager and the manager research what had happened and was told our fridge was missing. "MISSING?" WTH! The manager replaced it with a similar fridge and rescheduled it to be delivered the next day. The delivery came the following day, unfortunately i was not home and my husband was the one who received the delivery, but on my way home my husband called me and said they are here but there is a problem. The fridge had DENTS! WHAAAAT!? dents?! He told me he did not accept it and after going back to the store they finally delivered a brand new fridge. You figured after all that mess, we would not go back to that lowe's. But its always good to give everyone a 2nd chance. Our Dishwasher was falling apart since it was the original that came with our house. We bought a new dishwasher on July 3rd and mind you it cost a pretty penny. They said they will have it deliver and the delivery department will call us. A week had gone by I received a robo call about delivery procedures due to covid19. Another week came by no calls or text from lowe's about delivery dates. I went back to the store and they told and the clerk seems to always say after she ask if she can help us, and me telling her that i am still waiting on my dishwasher to be delivered, that oh it must be special order! NO its not special order, you said it was at the warehouse and they will call to schedule delivery. SO OK i will wait for the call. Another week had gone by, NO calls, NO text NO NOTHING! back to the store and here she goes again.. OH it must be special order.. NO its not a special ORDER! she looks it up and say, let me check why they have not called you and why they have not delivered. She leaves us to go in the back.. while we were waiting another clerk comes out and ask can we help you, " oh we are waiting on the lady that was helping us" oh yes she is on the phone with the warehouse trying to find out what happened, and she said she will call you as soon as she gets off the phone.. we leave.. a few more day come by.. NO CALLS! went back to the store July 25th.. OH it must be special order.. NO its not. she checks online and say " we just got them in yesterday.. they will call you Monday to schedule a delivery.. OK I said.. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday NO CALLS. this past Friday July 31st.. I went back to the store and the same clerk lady was there.. and her famous line... OH it must be special order.. NO! She looked it up on the computer and say I dont know why you have not received any calls, let me call them right now. Ok the delivery guy said he will call you as soon as we get off the phone... I said ok.. (still being patient and nice) got in my car 20 min no calls.. then finally the phone rings and said the earliest i can deliver is early Tuesday AUGUST 4 between 11-2pm.. Thats not early.. but i waited this long whats a few more days.. so thats the last time we are buying any major appliances from lowes. Not to mention how they did us wrong our Kitchen remodel and on purchasing a (special order) new front door also, since they didnt call to let us know anything. We decided to go to HOME DEPOT! now we will see how Home Depot do.. Im sure the rest of the department is ok. I purchased a package of 3 LG appliances. I shopped in-person, very smooth process. Sales rep ordered all additional items needed for installation day. 7-days later my appliances arrived, however there was a parts issue with the install of the Dryer. The guys left the uninstalled appliances in the middle of my floor and left. I went down to the Conyers store and was greeted by Chris appliance Supervisor/Manager he was very patient, understanding, and effective in resolving the matter quickly, he assured me they would return the next day for install. Meanwhile I received a courtesy call from Ashley responsible for parts/delivery she too made a point to follow-up to track the parts, delivery, and install to ensure I have a working dryer immediately. All's well that ends well, my appliances look great and work great. It certainly was an employee team effort with supreme customer services. Thx Lowe's!! read more

Went to this store to purchase a new stove. Researched the product on line and decided on a model. Go to this store completely ready to make the purchase. After standing by the stove I was interested in for several minutes I decided to find a sales person. There were 3 employees about 50 feet away just carrying on a conversation while ignoring me. As I approached their group one very rude sales person without a vest so maybe a department manager said I would have to pick out a stove on my own. After I told her I had done that online and was ready to purchase she told me there was nobody available in that department. So I left and on my way out I decided to speak to customer service. That young lady was the only bright spot in the entire store. She called for a manager for several more minutes with no reply. I decided to spend my money elsewhere. This is the worst store of all the Lowe's we visit. Their "NO CUSTOMER SERVICE" is quite evident if you ask for assistance at the store or on the phone. You will disrespected and/or laughed at while in conversation. The store employees act as if you are bothering them by asking questions or asking for assistance. Don't bother asking for anything after you purchase an appliance. You will quickly be told that they are attending to people that may buy an appliance. Naturally, they can't make more money from someone who already purchased. So, you are not important. Tough crap!! I am filing a major complaint with Lowe's Corporate about this store. My wife and I were disrespected and made to feel we less than worthy to be in this store. I am absolutely appalled by the service received today. My coworker and I came in to pick up equipment needed for our renovations as we've just relocated from the west coast. Not only was there a lack of overall knowledge on the sales floor period, but he was very shortly racially profiled ON THE SALES FLOOR. This wasn't a fluke situation. Alone and separate, I came in to make a purchase on my own accord. I was not asked for ID, I was not told by another cashier that I needed an ID. Prior to me coming in, we made a purchase as I previously stated, and not only was the cashier Melondy incredibly rude, but very outwardly was stating that "[his] ID BETTER be checked". I stood a while to see if this was asked of other customers. It was not. I asked three separate cashiers, ASMs included, if this was a standard for Debit Card purchases. It is not. Credit cards however, do. I understand that process. But in a pandemic, asking someone for their ID with a mask on, only really shows that you're trying to ensure a purchase isn't being made with a stolen debit card. Completely disgusting. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I had a pluming project were I walked in with my measurements on a new sink. I told them what parts I had and the measurements and the helped me figure out what parts I needed. The return desk is sometimes crowded but always easy to work with. read more

I purchased an oven from Lowes in Conyers, GA over a month ago. They delivered it damaged, and I have had nothing but the runaround in trying to get my replacement. They keep claiming that they had no notice of the problem. Customer service? Nothing. Phone calls to managers transfer and are cut off. #nothappy read more

Wow. No wonder retail is dying. I wanted to buy a Charbroil Infrared grill. It took awhile to get someone to pull one for me. Initially there was a miscommunication about which model but then Tyler set out to get a lift operator to pull one in a box. Well after about a 15 min wait I wandered to the back-most aisle and found 3 of the kind I wanted already assembled. So I got a flat cart and then Tyler showed up with the lift guy so I just asked Tyler to help me load it on the flat cart. Ah, progress. I wheeled it out front an paid at register and asked for help out front loading in my vehicle. After 15 minutes, including asking clerks twice more for assistance Chris was walking by and I asked him to help me. He as much as told me it wasn't his job but would get Tyler out there. I told Chris that if I didn't get help soon I was going to just wheel the cart to the return desk. He said that would be fine. After 10 mins more, I did just that. While waiting in line @ returns, I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. I couldn't believe a manger would condone abandoning a completed sale. But I was wrong. It was Chris that answered the Mgr page and he was even less helpful on the phone than in person. Unbelievable. I'm a real estate investor / remodeler and probably spent a few 1000's at Lowe's stores in the past year but this is it, never again. read more
