Very unprofessional! The Bag Blunder First of all, I look at the driveway, and what do I see? Ripped bulk bags. Very dishonest. Very weak! The Contamination Crisis And it gets worse, believe me. The covers on these bags--the "protection"--they were stuck. They didn't work! They let in all the rain. Total contamination. * The Quality: You want clean soil, you want the best mulch, but you get a polluted disaster. It's a rigged bag! * The Delivery: No phone call. Zero. They just show up whenever they want. No respect for my time! I like people who call, okay? These people, they just drop and run. Very low energy. My Final Verdict They don't know how to package, they don't know how to communicate, and they certainly don't know how to win.

As we are completing the transaction she radioed back to the stockroom to have the unit brought out to my truck. Before I could turn the associate thanked me for my business, shook my hand, and told me to have a great day. As I put my wallet away and turned toward the exit I ran into the gentleman who was pushing out the large toolbox on a pallet jack. He followed me out and we loaded the giant box into the back of my pickup in less than a minute. From arrival to departure I spent less than 10 minutes and was teated like a valued customer the entire time. The staff was so friendly and helpful that it left an impression on me that will not soon be forgotten. Those employees may have been having a normal day at Harbor Freight but their attitude and ethic started my day in the most positive way!

I was sold the wrong parts to service my own equipment -- that alone tells you everything about their attention to detail. I brought my machine back in to have them correct it, and at the same time asked them to address a hydraulic leak. Picked it up... still leaking. So what exactly did I pay for? It gets worse. They serviced my hedge trimmer and told me I had until Saturday to pick it up. I show up on Saturday -- and it's gone. Missing. No explanation, no accountability, no effort to resolve it. Just nothing. That's completely unacceptable. The bigger issue is the complete lack of professionalism and respect. After multiple bad experiences, I returned to drop my mower off again and voiced my concerns. Instead of trying to fix anything, I was told -- verbatim -- to "get your mower and get out," along with profanity. That's not customer service. That's a business that has completely lost control. Between wrong parts, incomplete repairs, missing equipment, and outright disrespect, this is NOT the same place it used to be. I wouldn't trust them with anything at this point. I went to Turf Machine to have my lawn mower blade replaced. I already had the replacement blade so…read moreI only needed labor. The young lady who greeted me was very nice, and helped me get my lawn mower out of my car, which I didn't expect her to do. She had very nice nails, and if my nails looked that good, I wouldn't be touching someone's dirty mower, but she had no problem with it. I took a very short time to replace my blade so I didn't spend much time in the showroom. But what I was able to see I appreciated - spare parts and new equipment all neatly displayed. Once my mower was ready a young man helped me reload my mower into my trunk. Again, I didn't expect any help. That they did this means a lot because not a lot of places help out anymore. This place gets busy because when I was there, 2 people came in and as I was leaving, 2 more were coming. This was about 10:30am on a Saturday morning. Plan accordingly. I had a good experience and would definitely go back to Turf Machine for another service.

The owner Gary suggested I get a professional machine. Well I didn't listen. This April I realized he was right. So, this April I broke down and Mary Lou, Teddy and Brenda helped me find a new Janome Memory Craft 6700P. Teddy showed me how the machine worked. Brenda gave me a good deal on the price and I was able to get a line credit for it. I will highly recommend A-1 Sewing for new machines, repairs, and Trade-ins me.

Absolutely the worst paint shop ever. I would rather shop at the larger retailers ( Home Depot and…read moreLowe's) before shopping here. I went into purchase some paint to touch up the walls in my home. The lady that helped me was so uneducated with products and ultimately gave me the wrong paint. I went home and tried it to find out that it wasn't what she had promised it was. I took the paint back - thankful they have a return policy. The manager gave me the "correct" paint which happened to still be wrong. I found this out by talking to an older gentleman who was shopping who warned me to check my paint numbers because he had always received the incorrect paint from "this place". Well he was right. The paint type was wrong. I ultimately received a refund and went over to Lowe's who was able to successfully able to assist me with my needs. Needless to say, I had to sand down areas from the first wrong paint that was given to me and thankfully there was someone else there to warn me or it would have happened a second time.
